I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I'm making an exception here. I've never experienced such good customer service as I have with Ogie McDonald at YouCustomizeIt. I placed an order and the next day I received an email from Ogie telling me the order would not be shipped for 2 - 3 days as the item to be engraved was in transit. I had assumed that because it was custom engraved that it would have been a few weeks before it was made, never expected it a day or two after I ordered it. And I certainly didn't expect an email updating me within 24 hours of me placing the order. I called Ogie (she answered the phone, not a robot, not an automated message but Ogie herself!!) and I asked her if it was possible to send her a picture to use for the engraving as I was unable to get it uploaded and went with something else. Not only did she tell me to send it to her, she actually made the artwork and put it on my item and sent it to me to review. All this was done within 24 hours of me placing the order. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. And, when I thought it couldn't get any better, it was shipped that afternoon. The item had come in while she was making me the artwork.....and she was able to engrave it, and ship it by the end of the day. Ogie and her team take pride in their products, and in pleasing their customers. I then ordered an additional 2 items which are also on the way! If you want to deal with a great company, have a great experience, and want a great product, this is the place to call!!...

We were wanting to give my 14-year-old daughter the opportunity to make her own look for her room, and she finally decided on a music theme, which is very difficult to find! (Any premade quilt/comforter that we actually liked was over $200, which was out of our price range.) We finally stumbled across YouCustomizeIt and starting working on a duvet cover. We actually started with a design that we didn't really like, but by the time she was done changing the colors and modifying the layout, we had a beautiful duvet cover that matches her theme perfectly, and she had fun doing it! We were able to get a coupon and use her old full-sized comforter inside it, which made it pretty reasonable to get her own custom look that she got to design herself. We just had to put the old comforter inside and zip it up, and it was ready to put on her bed. (Although, I would recommend sewing a little stitch at each corner to keep the comforter where it belongs.) The material it's made of is smooth and comfortable for any season. So far, we are very pleased, and I will definitely consider using YouCustomizeIt for my other two...
