All Season Seafood — Restaurant in Pearland

This is my wife's new go-to seafood spot. I went to pickup some food for the family and everyone was thoroughly impressed. I no longer eat seafood, but looking at it, everything was prepared to a golden appealing appearance. My wife said that everything was well seasoned. This is important as food can lose its taste during frying if not well seasoned and just taste bland. The color of the food also shows that the staff makes sure the grease is replaced accordingly. My wife ordered the fish & shrimp combo, fried shrimp basket, an order of shrimp, an order of catfish, and an order of chicken fried rice. I did not get an opportunity to take pictures of the food before they started to eat, but I will definitely be going back for my wife frequently and will have more photo opportunities. Stay tuned. This is my first time here. Recently moved to Pearland and I am trying to locate good mid priced seafood places with good catfish that I can get to-go. I had a huge selection in Spring where I moved from and ate catfish at least twice a week. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp basket which comes with 2 fish fillets and 4 shrimp. I tasted the catfish first and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It was so good! Cooked to perfection, fresh, hot and just plain good. The seasoning was just right. The batter just like I like it, not too hard and not too soft. I had eaten a whole fillet before I realized I had not tried the shrimp yet. My second seafood favorite is shrimp. The shrimp were cooked a little hard for me which is why I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5, but the shrimp were still tasty. Went here with some friends. Ordered the 1lb crawfish as well as onion rings. Both were really delicious. For 8.99 a lb, I thought that was fair value for the portion. The crawfish was fresh, firm, and very well dressed in sauce. The garlic butter was very well mixed and not too salty. The onion rings were crispy with a good bite of onion in the center. The server was also very friendly and attentive, bringing us butter sauce, limes, and spices when needed and at no extra cost!

My only critique is that they should have more sauces for the onion rings! I ended up dipping it with the butter sauce and tartar sauce, but they could benefit from more complimentary dipping sauces like ranch or chipotile.

Otherwise, great quality seafood....
