I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Every time we visit here there's some kind of issue. Cold food, wrong food, or attitudes.. BUT, my husband continues to want his discounted impossible whopper via his app, so we return. Today, there was some kind of mistake when ordering, and it ended up being a regular whopper. When we found this out, alleged manager Kara (similar to this), was rude to him and dismissed his problem quickly without any intention on helping him resolve a fix. Getting back to him, she told him he just needed to cancel the order via the app then re-order. But she refused to tell him HOW to do that! Tell him what to do, then not assist in showing him how? That's because there was literally NO way to do that! She was rude, called her boss, spoke in Spanish so we couldn't understand, then told us again we had to take it up with the app. Really,, they literally can't do anything to help out a customer except to say it's not their problem then walk away?? Ultimately, we would have taken the "we can't help you" a little better if it wasn't for the crappy attitude. And this is from a manager? Alleged manager. She should be replaced, she certainly doesn't know how to keep her cool when working with issues. Her tone was what set US off!
Needless to say, this BK is less than quality.. Much improvement needs to be made, starting with the management. And maybe, JUST maybe, they should try to serve hot food some time.
And this photo? Yes, that's our burger.. We never touched it.. She took it out to show us it was a regular whopper, and there it sat on the counter with all three of them not caring about doing a darn thing to fix the issue. I sure hope one of them enjoyed it for dinner!

After driving 10 minutes to my destination, I discovered I had been given a Junior Whopper instead. I returned to the restaurant, taking an additional 10–15 minutes out of my day, to have the issue corrected. While the staff agreed to remake the correct Whopper, the handling of my inconvenience by Manager Candy (no name tag and the name she provided) was unacceptable.
When I politely explained the disruption caused and suggested that offering an additional mozzarella fry or Whopper (items I had originally paid for) would be a fair gesture, Manager Candy firmly declined and said all she could offer was an apology. Only after pressing further was I told I could either accept a small fry or a refund for the Whopper. I chose the refund and left, with no intention of returning.
This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Mistakes can happen — that’s understandable. But what defines a great customer experience is how mistakes are addressed. Manager Candy's lack of empathy, flexibility, and unwillingness to resolve the situation with a gesture of goodwill reflects poorly on BK and is in stark contrast to competitors like Chick-fil-A, who consistently go above and beyond to make things right. The manager at the time rung me up and the very first thing I ordered was a Texas Whopper with no onions and I made her aware of the food allergy and she looked ke in the eyes and nodded. Wait time was good for like a 5 person order so that was fine.
I get my food and make sure everything is accounted for and then I check the Texas whopper. Onions are on there. I let the drive thru attendent aware of this and he has the line person remake it. Well thank goodness I was watching them remake it because all the guy did was slap mayonaise on a new bun, renove the onions and move ALL THE CONDIMENTS FROM THE OLD BURGER TO THE NEW ONE!!! THAT IS TRACE CONTACTING!! YOU CANNOT DO THAT!! THAT ONION HAD TOUCHED EVERYTHING IN THAT BURGER!!
