My grandma ordered 3 pizzas today and one of them (mine) had a big ball of hair on it, so we called them and told whoever answered the phone and they were EXTREMELY disrespectful. I was just gonna ask for credits back on her account and make something else for dinner but then the woman goes “ What do you want us to do about it! Do you want credit or do you want a new pizza!” The most disrespectful voice EVER so I said you know what since you want to be an ass I’ll be one too send me a new pizza. 20 mins go by the delivery guy comes and hands me the pizza and says sorry I said it’s okay it happens then he goes “we need the other pizza back” um WHAT that is absolutely disgusting and it was already in the trash… I said “that’s not gonna happen you aren’t even supposed to take food back” he said “well I need it back”…”well that goes against the health code” I started to say but he interrupted me and goes “whatever” rolls his eyes and walks away …NEVER in my life have I EVER dealt with such a miserable group...

Placed a carry out order & after getting home realized our pizza wasn't what we ordered. After calling & explaining we were asked if they could either make us a new one or credit our account. I asked if we could have one delivered since we were already home. They said they don't deliver as far out as we live (which isn't very far). We just felt like it was their mistake, we shouldn't have to drive back. I also offered to pay the delivery fee & tip but were told again they don't deliver where we are. So I was told we would have a credit to our account for 30 days. So not only did we not get the pizza we ordered but they refused to make an exception on the delivery even though they were at fault & we don't even get a refund. We have 30 days to use that credit. Looking back, I should have asked for the manager. We won't be going to this...
