I have been a customer (for years) for many reasons. First, the guys who work there know woodworking through years of experience. Advice is valued. Read moreI live about 70 miles from woodcraft Pelham. The last time I went to the store was around 5 years ago. Today, new location & new store. I had ordered something on-line but the product was not eat I ordered. I went in asking for help! The other store was never this friendly or helpful when I entered the store, a young lady asked if she could help. I explained my problem & she went to work to solve it. Had to get managers help but they did not stop until I had what I needed. Included a refund & sale & they couldn’t have done better! I will return again. Thanks Woodcraft....

I could hear them on the other end, they just chose to hang up. If they don't want my money I guess I'll give it to...
