I called this morning (April 19, 2025) it's a Saturday and asked if they could do "Tree Braids" and was told to send them a picture so I did. After sending the picture I was told that they would reach out to me once they were finished with clients due to them being overbooked. I did appreciate the honesty of the call. Long story short, I received a text stating for me to start coming their way and to stop to get my hair from the Beauty Store to receive the service. Once I got there it was booked but the atmosphere was pleasant so I was okay with waiting for my turn because I was already informed of the crowd. It just shows exceptional services. I only waited twelve minutes which was not very long before I was sitting in the chair. The stylist started on my hair and didn't stop until finished. The service took 2 hrs and 30 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience and I was asked if I was okay during the service. To be honest, I'm not used to the Braiding Technique Pattern of how the Stylist braided it but it did turn out to be a pretty yet full hair style. Another honesty, is that the price wasn't expected because I don't pay that much for "Tree Braids" ($200). I wasn't given the price over the phone and it's kinda my fault for not asking knowing that I had to purchase my hair. I figured I was charged $200 because it was a surprise last minute call and they kindly squeezed me in and so I'm appreciative of their service.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I do see myself returning but not for "Tree Braids" I'll prefer Micro because this style is worth $200 due to small individual braids.

I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was necessary. I asked for small knotless. I was asked to provide pictures beforehand, and I did. The service I received was not what I asked for. For starters she was 15 minutes late starting on my hair. The parts were too large although the braid size was technically correct. When I asked her to fix it, she aggressively cut the braids out and she then changed the parting of my hair from a middle part to a side part which I didn't want, and only fixed half of my head. Did not stop and ask me again to look at it to confirm that it was corrected before throwing a large amount of product around my edges and sending me on my way. I called back letting her know about my concerns and that I had taken off just to have my hair done on this day, and was told "Im busy I'll get back to you." Although I had just left not even 5 minutes prior. I was charged $280 for this service. I will never ever come back and I would not dare recommend this establishment to anyone. These ladies are amazing. I called about 1:40pm on Saturday in need of braids last minute for a bday party event at 6pm that night. I had created a very tight schedule for myself, but they took on the challenge. They accepted me and fitted an appointment in for me. My hair braiding started about 3:20pm and it was finished around 5:20pm. Perfection in every sense of the word. I left there looking great. The braiding expertise are amazing and the transformation of the before and after for me was amazing. Everyone loved the look. They made me look so glamorous for the event. Can’t thank them enough.
