The only person that gives you what you ask for here is Chloe. She does an amazing job at SNS and is so sweet and helpful. The problem is she's books for weeks at a time. I've gone to this salon 4 times and 4/4 times I've had a bed experience. 1st time i was with a friend who recommended this place to me & we were 10 minutes late to the appointment (my fault) and they sat someone else with jon the guy that supposed to be doing my nails and they put me with owner of the place who was super rude and didn't listen to the shape of the nails that i wanted, the whole time my friend was looking at the way she was doing my nails strange and said the the 100X she's been there they've never done her nails like she did mine. Turns out the lady had never done SNS which explains why it was so thick and why she didn't shape my nails before dipping them. 2nd time i made an appt with chloe and she called me saying that she was gonna be late 30 minutes late so to not rush. My appt was at 1, i got there at 1:30 and she still wasn't there. When she arrived it was about 1:45ish and there was another lady that had an appointment with her at 2 and she supposedly "had to catch a flight" and i and movers coming to my house at 3 to instill new furniture, Chloe's solution was to half way soak off my sns & tell me to come back later & then she took the girl who's appt was later than mine and did her nails. 3rd time was the best experience out of all of them even though i still had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to start to soak off my nails. 4th and last visit, i had an appointment at 1;30 with jon because chloe was out of town, i arrived 5 minutes early and he had JUST started to do the sns on another clients nails. Being that only chloe and jon do sns i had to wait for him to be done & you would assume that they would start soaking off my nails, right? WRONG they had me sitting there till 2:15 till they decided to have 1 0f the 3 men in the back start to soak off my nails. The only reason I'm giving this place even 2 starts is because Chloe and jon are sweethearts and they try their best to make your nails what you want them to be BUT they have horrible time management and overbook themselves, Also the lady owner of this place is THE rudest lady on the planet. I truly wish i would've had good experiences here because Chloe does amazing nails and jon is the sweetest guy on the planet but i will not...

Lisa has an attitude problem, rolls her eyes and runs her mouth with other coworkers in their language. Kept huffing and puffing and looked at me crazy multiple times. She was unprofessional the ENTIRE TIME. I left with UN DONE NAILS because I got fed up with HER NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. I made an appointment with her husband, and I was told the appointment was at 5. When I got there, I wad told to sit at her station, I asked her if she was doing my nails because I had made an appointment with JEMMA, HER HUSBAND since he had done my nails before. The first time I went and her husband was doing my nails, she gave me dirty looks. So when they sat me at her station I was confused since I had made the appointment with her husband and not her. I showed her the design I wanted, she said they couldn’t do it since it was a refill. I had no problem so I waited until she was done shaping, which by the way was AGGRESSIVE AND KEPT PULLING MY HANDS in an aggressive manner. Then we spoke about designs again and she caught an attitude. I told her I was done and I was paying for the pedicure that I got and for APPLYING ACRYLIC CAUSE SHE DIDNT EVEN POLISH THE NAILS and charged me $92 dollars for a pedicure and an UNFINISHED FULL SET. A little disappointed. Last three times i came in it has not been comfortable . I come in for pedicures explain to the different gentlemen what id like they reply with calm down or relax. Then when it is time for the massage they give to your legs and feet i explain to them i do not like it, they look at me as if something is wrong with me and ask like 3 times why not, the tip will be the same no matter what. The last time as i was getting off i accidentally banged my toe nail with chair, i asked the guy who did my nail if he could put clear polish on it , he didnt mind but the young guy behind him said "not our fault laughing" joking or not they are making me feel uncomfortable by the way i was the second person at that time getting our feet done so they weren't busy. It was in the evening when owner was not there. when paying its also so awkward the young guy only says thank you when owner is present how much would they like? I believe I, us costumers pay very fair for nails and I get regular polish and my toe nails are super tiny. I must say they do an ok job. I will go back for my next pedicure but if i feel uncomfortable again there are plenty of other places to...
