I went last Wednesday to this location to make a return of two items I bought online, when I was in line around 6pm this young guy with not willing to help or likes to work there and his name was SEAN, he does not have any manners of customer service or dealing with people at all and he should not be working with people ever in his life, he did not have his light on, he did not call NEXT OR MAY I HELP YOU or GOOD AFTERNOON, he waited for me to open the bag, then I took the dresses out, and mind you HE DID NOT TALK WHILE I WAS THERE IN FRONT OF HIM, then one of the dresses did not had a ticket so he went to the manager at another cashier then came back, look at the ticket again, then he went back to talk to the manager again to ask for something, then he came back and did tickets then went back to her again, then came back to get another sales red tickets for the dresses MIND YOU HE NEVER TALK TO ME, NO WORDS TO ME EVER WITH THIS BACK AND FORTH, so then finally he came back to my register and told me do u have this credit card ending in ...., I told him yes, he did whatever at the register and gave me my tickets in my hand and that was it... NOT A THANK YOU, SORRY FOR THE DELAY OR GOOD AFTERNOON OR GOOD DAY TO ME... I walked to the manager and told her, that he should not be in customer service because he has no manners to how to deal with customers, she told me ohhhh sorry...
   Read moreI went to the Pines store on a Saturday evening after signing for a delivery with the expectation that a designer ceiling fixture had been delivered. I opened a small package labeled as such and found it to be a tic-tac-toe board to my dismay. I took the plastic bag, the box with the board, and my receipt to the counter. After a scowling woman who seemed to have no idea how to help me (she never even spoke!), a man who wore an ID saying “manager” kept me at the counter for the better part of a half hour calling his manager, allegedly, and awaiting a return call. I finally left after t seemed nothing would happen with his promise to call me later. Before I left, he read back my phone number as if it were hard to read and couldn’t pronounce or maybe read? my name. (I have school teacher handwriting!) I left expecting nothing and got nothing. I’m waiting to call online customer service, which doesn’t open until Monday morning at nine a.m. to pursue the issue further. Because of the cost of the light fixture (listed as 3 left), I needed to be credited as quickly as possible. I still cannot believe the man didn’t bother to follow up.    Read moreI was accused and harassed by an employee who claimed that I swung my tote bag and knocked off multiple makeup products off the shelves on purpose to destroy them. Mind you, it was only two lipstick products which were in plastic containers that I dropped off the shelves while accidentally trying to pass between the shelves, unknowingly that my tote bag on the side of my hip will had knocked some stuff over which I promptly put back and apologized for. I would understand if it was a makeup palette or a glass product which I would pay for damages but this is ridiculous and greedy behavior. Accusing my poor deaf mother that it was her fault for me knocking multiple (it was TWO) items and me for being a rowdy child. My mom doesn't understand how loud sound is and doesn’t speak English. The employee, with blond hair and black rimmed glasses confronted my mom and said it was loud and said impolite words. A shame that TJ Maxx can’t even practice...
