After I wrote the review I was offered an exchange. What followed was a week of frustrating back-and-forth communication, only to be told in the end that they couldn’t accept the mattress for an exchange. Now I’m stuck with a mattress that gives me back pain and discomfort. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Mattress Firm at all costs!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Mattress Firm. I bought a Serta mattress for over $1000, expecting a high-quality product that would provide comfort and support. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

The Serta mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and has caused me significant back pain since I started using it. The lack of proper support and cushioning is evident, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

To make matters worse, Mattress Firm did not offer any warranty on the mattress. They made me sign a waiver, which I now realize was a huge mistake. When I contacted them to address my concerns, they were unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility, hiding behind the document I signed.

I feel cheated and stuck with a $1600$ piece of garbage. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Mattress Firm or considering a Serta mattress. Their products are subpar, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and go elsewhere for your...

I will start out this review by saying that my husband and I have had many experiences throughout our lives making consumer decisions. Some of those, often left us, not only feeling that maybe we did not explore every available option, but often even wondering if we should have given our business to a particular company or not. It is often said that one of the biggest aspects of making a purchase, is not only the satisfaction that said goods bring you, but the comfort of knowing that you received a great deal. These kind of exchanges, if we are to be quite honest, are indeed a rare feat in today’s fast paced and often disappointing consumer market.

From the moment my husband and I entered Mattress Firm, James was not only exceptional, but a throwback to an era, when each costumer’s business was truly valuable to a company. James showed a level of knowledge and passion for his profession that set him apart from any other representative we have dealt with in recent times. This is our 3rd mattress from Mattress Firm. We went into the location near Ikea in Sunrise just by chance and had the good fortune of being served by Angel Rivera. He took the time to work with us and show us the type of mattresses we were interested in. He did not push us to buy something we did not want or that was pricey. We bought 2 mattresses from him at that location. All the details including delivery, follow up when one mattress came damaged, etc was handled by him with finesse and courtesy. He provided excellent customer service. A year later we were looking for another mattress and I found Angel at the West Pines location after making 3 phone calls! Was happy to see him and he also remembered us (which says a lot). Once again we were gently guided through the process and came out in 20-30 minutes with a new mattress. Again everything expertly handled by Angel. He also helped move our delivery date ahead and coordinated the delivery timing till the end.
