The only thing I can say is that I was super confused. I wish I had more guidance, Annabelle help here and there but being my first time she should had made sure I was on point with what was goin on and making sure my posture was good. I think I hurt my arm by doing an exercise wrong. Plus I got lost a couple times felt completely out of place. The other members were not welcoming at all. I worked out alone on my first day.. not my cup of tea. When finished with the class since I was so confused I ask for a second complimentary class to see how it goes and the girl in the front said no. They after text me offering a 2nd chance to try which I couldn't make the day I set. Is not horrible is just not what I expected.
