An Outstanding Experience at UFC FIT Pembroke Pines My experience at UFC FIT in Pembroke Pines, Florida, has been nothing short of exceptional, and it truly stands out as a top-tier fitness facility. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the entire team has demonstrated a commitment to excellence that makes every workout session a positive and motivating experience. The management, led by Amer, creates an incredibly welcoming and professional environment. His leadership clearly trickles down to every staff member, fostering a positive atmosphere that makes members feel valued. The wellness team, including Susen and Austin, are consistently helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and provide support. Their dedication to member well-being is evident in every interaction. My journey at UFC FIT began with the sales staff, who expertly guided me through the gym's offerings and, most importantly, introduced me to my incredible coach, Ricardo. Ricardo is a true professional and an outstanding trainer. His expertise has been instrumental in my recovery from a knee injury, patiently guiding me through exercises and stretches that have restored function and mobility to my knee. Beyond recovery, Ricardo's dedication to my progress is truly remarkable. He consistently pushes me to new levels, designing dynamic and challenging workouts that continually help me surpass my perceived limits. He goes above and beyond, providing personalized attention and encouragement that makes a significant difference in my fitness journey. His ability to blend challenging training with a supportive approach is a testament to his skill and passion. UFC FIT Pembroke Pines offers a fantastic array of equipment and classes, but it's the people who truly make this gym shine. The collective effort of Amer, Susen, Austin, and especially my coach Ricardo, has created an environment where I feel empowered to achieve my fitness goals. If you're looking for a gym that prioritizes your health, offers expert guidance, and truly motivates you to "train different," look no further than UFC FIT Pembroke Pines. It's an investment in your well-being that...
Read moreWell, where do I begin? Long time UFC gym member here in Pines. This location started off great. Staff was always friendly and welcomed members in a polite manner. The gym was always clean and had air fresheners constantly going off. Everything was going great the first year.
The saying goes all good things come to an end. The a/c going out constantly was a bummer, but they were on top of it and I understand things take time. It was fixed and all is good. But no more friendly faces when you enter. Rarely any paper towels, treadmills out of order, cable cross machine has been down for some time now. The back machine is finally functional however it’s gray instead of the blue like the rest of the machines.
It is now busier then ever, an influx of members have joined (I imagine good for business) but worse for current members. The smell of marijuana now lingers. The handicap parking rules aren’t enforced. I’ve seen multiple cars parked in a handicap with no placard yet im disabled and have to park further away. Also a coach driving a big cybertruck with his face on it doesn’t appear to be handicap occupying a spot his entire shift. Video recording equipment throughout capturing my overly exerted face to be posted who knows where.
I referred a coworker to join the gym in which she did online. Her first day, after each workout she was stopped and offered coaching. She’s shy and agreed to speak on benefits. When she said it was out of her budget the big muscle man coach with tattoos face immediately changed. A few days later again she was approached by coaches who constantly harass her. Watching from afar they appear to be looking for easy prey. This tactic has pushed her away from the gym and is no longer a member.
The coaches don’t rerack weights why should members have to? And last thing can management address the group of men working out together who grab all the dumbbells and balance balls to the treadmill and leave it there while doing cardio not allowing us to have anything to use. So for now ladies and gentlemen do not sign up here. You will be...

The preacher curl has not been fixed. At one point they removed the seat entirely and now have placed the non operational seat back.

Avoid This Gym – Total Waste of Money!
I have had several gym memberships in the past 17 years and this is undoubtedly the most poorly maintained and managed gym I have been a member of.
I paid my membership dues three years upfront in 2022—and now I feel like an absolute idiot. This place is the definition of UFC – Unreasonably expensive, Fully crowded, and Constantly broken. Or maybe change the name to OOO Fit since so many things are Out of Order.
• Overpriced: They charge premium rates, but nothing about this gym feels premium.
• Overcrowded: No matter what time you go, it’s packed. You will have to get creative with your workout program, adjusting on the fly to avoid the tripods of the social media influencers working out here. To make matters worse, the trainers decide that its a good idea to take dumbbells from the 1st floor up the elevator to the 2nd floor for their group classes.
• Broken Equipment: Several of the machines are always “Out of Order,” and they stay that way for weeks. This gym thinks its comical to watch members get on broken treadmills to search for a functioning one like its a game of musical chairs.
• Poor Maintenance: The gym floor is disgusting and falling apart. The vinyl on the machines is torn and cushioning exposed.
To make things worse, I emailed the club manager about the maintenance issues 9 days ago—still no response. Why? Clearly, they don’t care about their members. THERE IS NO EXCUSE!
I’m now stuck with three years of frustration and regret. Unless you enjoy paying top dollar to stand around waiting for equipment that may or may not function, do yourself a favor and find...
