We just got our new GE Profile dishwasher from here. And our experience here was nothing but great. Dave the sales man was very easy to work with. So last week we came here to look at dishwasher. Then yesterday we came back to buy our dishwasher. And today it was delivered and installed. The guys who came to install it did an awesome job. And the warehouse guy who came to help us set up a date and time to have our new GE Profile Dishwasher delivered and installed. He was awesome too and we and him have one thing in common we both love Chevy Corvettes. We will definitely will come back when it’s time to upgrade some of our other appliances. And I will be definitely be recommending my neighbors and friends to come visit you guys. For their new appliances needs. Update it’s now been 5 weeks and it’s still working great. However the repair man from Crenshaws did had to come to fix it. Thankfully it wasn’t because the dishwasher broke down. It just the black trim peace on the bottom on the left side came loose. And the insulation was sticking out a little bit. Thankfully it was an easy fix and the repair guy who came today to fix it did an awesome job fixing it. And we will definitely be back in the future when it’s time to upgrade some of our other appliances like our wall oven and built...

We were very pleased with the appliances and help with selection when building our home. Now, 2 years later however, I am very displeased withthe lack of response to a service request. Three calls over a period of three weeks to try to schedule a service call on our stand alone ice maker - I was told a work order was placed but never heard anything back from anyone to schedule. Finally called to confirm the unit was out of warranty because i was going somewhere else for service; I was simply told yes, it was out of warranty. There was no apology or explanation, no "trying to correct the situation" - nothing. I understand being busy - but for there to be absolutely no response or attempt to schedule a service visit - or at least being told that you are unable to provide the service - is unacceptable for a...

No flashy showroom here, but is that what you wanna pay for?
