PF Meat Co. is a gem. It’s run by some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and the whole vibe of the place is warm, inviting, and downright appealing—like a perfect mix of country store and cozy coffee shop.

They’ve got an amazing selection of locally sourced goods, but the star of the show is definitely the meat. I picked up several meats and cheeses and decided to do a little side-by-side taste test, cooking their filets alongside ones from a big-name store. No contest—PF Meat blew the others away. The flavor, the tenderness… they said I’d be able to cut the filets with a fork, and they weren’t kidding. Absolutely delicious.

The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and taking the time to explain things. Beyond the meats, they carry all kinds of local products—milk, butter, eggs, jams, honey, and more. I won’t even try to list it all because I’d miss something great.

We have been to the Butchery many times, and we are always delighted. We have bought steaks, and they were delicious. We have enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the cafe and have been pleased every time. The market offerings are more extensive than you might think. We love the fresh eggs, buttermilk, stone ground grits, and wine selections. You must try their chicken salad...so good!

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and seem to really want customers to be pleased.

Today I stopped.by to try their marinated wings. We were delighted again. There were five wings per package. Two flavors, Plain Jane and Neat and Sweet, so we got one of each.. We baked them and finished with the broiler. These are big meaty wings that came out juicy and tender. We will definitely do this again. Would love a spicy wing option! THE BEST MEAT & PEOPLE!!!! I just graduated from Clemson and am so so SO sad to no longer be an 8 minute drive from this lovely place!!!!! Truly a gem for those who care about their health, and knowing what is in your food. Corey is the sweetest person, and Katie is so genuine and caring. Ask them any questions you have about their stuff and they are always willing to answer.
