Update: A year later and Walkers will not call me back and has been playing the run around game. I brought this to their attention 3 months after buying the mattress but since I paid for it all up front, instead of doing a payment plan they have not stood behind any of their warranties or fixed the damages that they caused.

If I could give zero stars I would. About 6 months ago I made the mistake of buying a nice queen bed frame, a new bed, and a very expensive pillow. I paid several thousand for everything. I made sure to check and see if I would need a box spring for this frame and was told that I wouldn’t because it’s a platform bed. Fast forward to now and I can’t sleep without being in severe pain because there is a huge dip in my mattress. I pull my mattress off and check the frame. They didn’t bother to screw the slats down or the bolts on the entire bed frame, the middle support legs were missing and the slide out drawer is completely broken, and the slats are bowed and some of them broken from the lack of middle support. I call Walkers as I have a year warranty and they came and replaced the drawer. I’m still missing a leg of the middle support and my slats are all bowed still. On top of this, my mattress warranty is void because it doesn't cover lack of frame support. And Walkers has refused to step up and cover it when they are the ones that set up the bed frame and ruined the mattress. I am now stuck with a $1,000 mattress that has a huge dip in it and is so painful to sleep on that I sleep on the couch. I have to replace my thousand dollar mattress now and fix my bed frame and pay to replace the slats and middle support legs. . Even the service guy said that it was because of the install job on my bed frame and my mattress was damaged from it. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of money and when they make a mistake on the install and cause damage, they don’t replace...

Jamie Lloyd was very helpful and courteous. I give her a 5 Star rating. She let us try out several recliners before we decided, pointing out the features of various ones. All the time she was helping two other customers. I would recommend her my friends. The man in the store said to me this morning that I did not qualify for the free delivery and she “would get in trouble for that” for offering that to me after I watched your tv advertisement. He did credit me for the delivery charge. I did not appreciate his comments and told him I did not want her to “get in trouble” as she was so good. I don’t know his position but I hope this is not how Walkers treat their hard working staff. The delivery guys were nice, quick, friendly, and checked out the recliner...

I spoke with an associate at Walker furniture Pendleton, Oregon. I had never been in there and wasn’t sure how to accomplish what I wanted to do. See, a friend of mine is at a starting over point in her life. Moving into a new apartment and not a lot of furniture. I need a way to assist her without the use of a truck and me being there in person. Jamie was the sales associate who helped facilitate this. She informed me of a way that I could put together a gift certificate for my friend. This was huge. She really helped me a lot. There was no way for me to get to that store as I am an OTR driver.
