I purchase a certain hair product for my children. I have bought it for more than 20 years. First, the product here is $27 I usually pay $12-$14. Which is unbelievable!! They keep this product behind the counter. Second I get home to use it and it’s fake product!! The consistency is wrong, the container is completely different than the one I have at home and it actually dried out and broke my child’s hair off!!! I went to another store and was able to purchase it for $14.99! It’s the real stuff....

Went in the store like I always do and some black older lady followed me around and snatched lashes out my hand and told me she had to put them on the counter . She stood behind me the whole time watching to see if I was stealing … I’m sure they put her up to it … I will never go to this...

There's no trying the hair thanks to covid 19. Check your purchase before you leave. Got home to find wrong lot color in my bag. Thank God it's for the weekend and not that night. Exchange was welcomed but...
