The new layout is awful. It should be called "FURNITURE (and some other stuff)" I used to buy all my yard Christmas Decorations there, as well as boxed Christmas cards (for many many years), basically lots of holiday goodies. I enjoyed a one-stop shop the rest of the year - electronics, yard stuff, pet items, toys, stationary, household goods, and snacks or canned goods. We were hosted by a wonderful gentleman named Jeff whose customer service should be trained throughout their business model, followed by his memorization of the stores inventory. We then walked over to checkout and walked uo to a gentleman named Kaamil who never stopped smiling. That store was a joy to shop at. Mainly because the hoses defected and leaks all over the place like a fountain. They refused, apparently when you buy something at Big Lots now it is a permanent final sale.
