The Spot ETC- Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Penn Hills

The Bartender I believe her name is Kiasha overlooked me for at least 10 minutes before coming to service me. Once I was able to try and place my order she gave me receipt paper to right my order myself. I waited over 40 minutes for 2 salads when orders from people who ordered after me came. I was then given the wrong order so I asked "well since you gave me the wrong order can you go check on mine please?" she gave me attitude and was rude. When my order did come she didn't bag it like she did the previous customers instead she plopped it down in front of me then walked away. Kiasha proceeds to aggressively grab a bag so I said I'd bag it myself since she wasn't pleasant towards me and so no further man handling of my food would happen. A back forth happened because I said she did not provide me good service and that she didn't have be rude. Food is good but my overall experience especially for the first time customer was extremely horrible and makes me reconsider...

I use love this place use have the best bartenders and the best cook, the best culter, the best customer service period!! With a excellent environment. Now they have only one good bartender shirley the rest are ok but Devin is rude, unprofessional, poor customer service knows it and don't care always arguing with the customers over there drink and request. I miss Reese the cook he had a great personality and food was excellent the new cook has no personality and food alright. Everytime I come back thinking they might be getting it together it get worse and still no locks on women bathroom that's crazy enough. Than you gotta be stress why you there with poor service and now you cant smoke, that I understand other people health! The atmosphere at the Spot is very cold and dark and no fun at all. I took my wife there 1/11/2019 to listen to some jazz and when we arrived, there was no live jazz entertainment on every Friday as they had advertised on their website.? There's not enough places to sit and the lighting is very poor. I hear that they have good food , but we never stayed long enough to find out. My wife had one glass of wine and we left and went to East Liberty to the bar and restaurant inside the Indigo Hotel. The customer service, food, entertainment and atmosphere was outstanding. If I wanted to take guest out for a evening of entertainment and dining, The Spot would not be the place that I would take them to and feel...
