I have always absolutely loved this place and their food!!!! I WOULD ORDER ALL THE TIME!!! Until today I call because a 8 inch mini chs stk was missing the “GIRL” was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE I HAVE NO WORDS!! She had the nerves to first tell me it may have fallen out in the drivers car when the bag was double Knotted so no!!! THEN TO ACT LIKE IM LIEING OVER A $8 chs stk When this order alone was $33 and I tipped the drive almost $10 ANDDD THIS IS A SMALL ORDERED COMPARED TO MY USUSAL!!! Then I asked to speak to a manger she said their wasn’t one I asked again she yelled he’s busy call back tom as I’m still talking she hangs up on me!!!! I CALL BAK SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND YELLS YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK TOM!!! Needless to say I had to drive up there to get a refund I see her n she runs away!!! Sooooo unprofessional and NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! IF AN EMPLOYEE OF MINE ACTED THAT WAY I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORTIFIED!!! ABSOLUTE...

Originally from South Jersey. Lived there years ago as a kid, so of course I know about the best Philly cheese steaks, hoagies, Stromboli's ever. I live several hours away, but on the rare occasions when I go back, I never leave without stopping for my always main event. I spoke with the owner of another Gaetano's years ago and he told me number 1 key to their hoagies...bread. If the bread don't do it...forget it. I got a Stromboli, a hoagie and 2 cheesesteaks. When my friends and family heard I went to South Jersey, they knew I was coming back loaded with good stuff. Omgggg....I can't say which was better. Everything was so fresh and like I said packed to travel. We didn't even touch the Stromboli until next day. We put it in the oven, slowly heated it up and I thought I would pass out from the delicious first bite. There's nothing like Gaetano's....the other Gaetano's I like is in Willingboro New Jersey in...

Their food is decent when the orders are correct. I ordered recently on Grubhub, and my order was missing one of two small fries and one of two cheese steaks, which were two of seven items ordered. The receipt upon delivery only showed the items delivered, not the actual items ordered. This makes three of maybe five orders either missing something or just incorrect. If you are going to order here, definitely don't order close to closing, as there is no way to correct your order, and check your food promptly. Better yet, order pickup and check it in store so there are no questions. I was refunded for my last order for missing items; however, that doesn't change that we now have to split and share meals among us since everyone didn't get...
