Paris Banh Mi - A Flavorful Journey

I recently ordered a delightful spread from Paris Banh Mi, and I must say, this place exceeded my expectations. My daughter picked up the order, and she couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and clean the restaurant was. The warm welcome she received from the staff added a special touch to our experience, making us feel valued even before we tasted the food.

Now, onto the food—every dish was a hit, but a few stood out as absolute favorites. The Firecracker Shrimp and Paris Cracker Shrimp were bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The Chicken Pâté Chaud was another winner, with its flaky pastry and savory filling.

But the surprise highlight of our meal was my daughter's Cheese Garlic Bread. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had—so good that I’m already planning my next visit just to get more!

And let's not forget the Peach Slush with slices of peach. It was the perfect refreshing treat to top off our meal, balancing out the rich and savory flavors with its sweet and juicy goodness.

I gave it a 1 star because my visit/experience with the cashier was horrible. He looked really young and was probably a teenager. I ordered the pick-2 entree for $10.95, you get a small banh mi and a soup or salad with baguette chips and I also ordered a thai iced tea with less sugar and less ice. The cashier was either ignoring me or he doesn't know how to communicate. First off he took my order wrong I didn't want grilled pork with my salad I wanted grilled beef. I asked him if the thai iced tea was half off because the last time I was here they told me you get half off drinks for ordering the pick-2 entree. He didn't say anything and just kept looking at the register screen, I asked him twice and he said you want half & half? I was so confused at first and I said no I want thai iced tea. He then just rings me up for my orders which came to $19.46 including the thai iced tea. He then makes the thai iced tea, he pours out half of the tea into the sink, I'm guessing he put too much half&half in it from what I see. The thai tea was still too sweet. The salad was good and the banh mi was okay, I didn't eat it fresh so it's hard to rate it. But my overall experience...

If you order drinks here, becareful as their drinks with no ice results with only 1/2 a cup of drink. Their options of less ice or normal ice dont mean anything here. If you want to get ripped off, then by all means come here.

Who sells a $8 drink and give you a half of cup of drink. No where on their board or site tells you that no ice results into HALF a cup. Their ambiance, is all fake but that holds no bar here.

Responding to Owner's response Your policy is NO WHERE printed upon ordering, or on the receipt. You are are nothing but a bait and switch.

Also your drinks were NOT 2/3, go back and review the security video. As for ordering the double toppings, that was a personal conversation with family member about ordering error, and did NOT accuse any of you or your employee. Have you posted that drinks are partial with No ice, I would have been happy to take my business elsewhere. Not only will I not order or eat from your establishment.
