I arrive on Aug 27 @13:30 to change my tires here and there was no one at customer service had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up, which was after I asked a guy from the bay. The guy "Michael" shows up and says they are booked till 04:00 and asks me to come tomorrow and they open at 07:00.
Next Morning I show up The lady at customer service "Revella" says me the shop opens at 07:30 but they won't change tires until 10:00. At this point I am frustrated and heading back but I decide to atleast buy the stuff and get it replaced somewhere else. As I head back to the counter I hear her telling to Michael from the previous day "I told him to go away why is he coming back". I simply inquire about if atleast I can buy the tires. They say yes and None of them volunteer to help and I keep searching for the size p245/45r18 which is not pretty common. I stand there and see these guys asking others if they needed help, and when I turn my head towards them "Revella" says not you the other guy. I have never ever encountered such rude and disrespectful/discriminatory behavior anywhere. SHAME ON...
   Read moreCrazy day! Went to Walmart at New Castle Del Walmart for tire installation, they lied about being able to install my tires, saying there equipment is down that does my tires. They told me to call Elkton Walmart who was able to be fit in for service. With the same equipment and only equipment all tire centers have. New Castle just doesn't like installing low profile tires, so they lied to me. The customer service in the tire department was great, other than management in Elkton Walmart. After finding out I ordered the wrong tires from Walmart online, which I have some fault in, it still was not a valid reason for not to be able to return the tires there since it was a Walmart purchase. All I got was a run around and ignored, waited 3 hours in the store to get an answer from there manager coach Terrence, who basically sent me home to call Walmart and told me to leave the tires. The team coach, Tyler, was extremely rude. When I asked him to file a complaint, he saidâand I quoteââYou must have brought the car like that.â When I asked, âAre you going to file a complaint or apologize?â he responded, âI have nothing to apologize for.â
When I requested to speak to the manager, he said, âI am the manager.â Rather than take accountability for what happened, he protected and enabled the staff involved. He ultimately asked me to leave, saying there was nothing they could do today.
