First of all the rating is for customer service, or lack of, during a recent visit and not for the food. The food is always great, but CS is lacking in my opinion. Today started with me craving wings during work. I planned on geeting some to go on the way home. I work about 25 minutes away and called in to place my order just to be put on hold for about 7 minutes and then disconnected. I called right back to be placed on hold again and disconnect around the same amount of time. The 3rd time I call I asked for the manager and was placed in hold yet again while I drove the last 6 or 7 minutes to the location. While I was still on hold I walked into the store and asked to speak to the manager. Before he came out, he answered me on my cell phone. I asked him to come out to the floor to speak to me and he did. I explained my store to him and he felt the need to give me excuses on why it happened, never once apologizing or asking hold can he be of assistance to me. His only queston was did I now place my order yet. I did not and left the store. I came home and contacted the Franchise Business Director at Hooters of America via email and still awaiting his reply. 2B...

Hooters of New Castle is your typical Hooters - all the regular good stuff is there : tens of large TV screens with all sorts of sports streaming live, that feel-good ambience, THOSE EXTREMELY DELICIOUS WINGS, those waitresses and their wits about them. The place is hard to miss while you're driving past it. We (myself and 2 more friends from the ship) went there on a Sunday evening so the place was quite packed and despite that I must say we didn't have to wait too long for our orders.

We were served by Laurel (spellcheck Apologies if any) who was extremely helpful, quick and prompt (in addition to being cute with that smile of hers) to take our order and make sure in turn if we needed a refill or place another order or such.

We had four different kinds of wings and four pitchers of different beers and sure had a good time. The food was served hot, beer served chilled and everything was in time.

Would surely recommend this place to everyone passing by for a quick (or not so much) bite. 👍🏽👍🏽
