Colette Cafe — Restaurant in Pensacola

They have curated social media posts with pretty drinks served in mugs. When I asked for my drink in a mug they told me they didn’t know where the mugs are. When they continued to post drinks in mugs on social media I politely inquired if mugs would be available when ordering or if it’s only for marketing purposes. I was told they originally didn’t have a kitchen license to serve in mugs, but now they do. Then they deleted my question. The entire thing struck me as snobby and dishonest. Bad business practices.

Edit: Cafe Collette contacted me almost immediately after I posted this review and accused me of trolling them and told me I was snobby to post this review. I have no connection to this business whatsoever and consider this harassment...

A true hidden gem! I’ve been meaning to come here for the past year and finally had a chance to before the Mardi Gras Parade.

First, the service was incredible. The barista asked if we had ever been here and proceeded to explain everything to us including that they are espresso based, which was a plus for us!

My husband got the seasonal matcha drinks: the King Cake matcha which we both LOVED & thought was delicious, and the Moon Pie matcha which is good if you love graham crackers and chocolate!

As a bonus: The cafe is located on the patio of the Haus of Hue which we browsed while we waited. It’s a furniture store, beautiful selections, and the customer service in there was amazing as well.

Discovered Colette cafe this morning before our event at Bay Center and what a delightful surprise! ☕ This adorable little coffee cart sits on the most charming decorated patio - it’s like finding a hidden gem tucked away.
