Blake Doyle Skatepark — Attraction in Pensacola

It is about time we had a skatepark that was public and doesn't suck. This park is so nice has a little of everything. Stuff for beginners, us older guys getting back into it, stuff for advanced/pros, and even some old school bowl stuff. Great location covered and mostly shady. Everyone was so happy to have a spot to skate. Didnt see any trash. Everyone was getting along, just skating and having a good time outside. I had a lot of fun and cant wait to go back. Pensacola should have had one 10 years ago. They should look to expand that park. Or the surrounding area under the overpass with more outside stuff to do. Couldn't be happier. Not 100% beginner friendly lol. I’m not terrible at skating, but I fractured my wrist on the small drop in 🤦‍♂️the floors are extremely smooth. There are many Areas to cruise on. Many routes to take. There is a cool downhill-ish section that gains a good amount of speed. There is an intermediate bowl without a coping, and there are TONS of obstacles. Beautiful skatepark but not allowing bmx is wrong! Another city with one sided politicians. A whole city that don't support kids and bikes. I've ridden tons parks around the nation and bmx and skaters ride together without any problems, it's called park etiquette.
