In two separate visits I had bad experiences, really bad, and the same manager was the reason for both. The first I ordered online on the app and when I got to the store and no one has come out with my order in 10+ minutes so I called and was informed by this manager that they weren't taking online orders, after I paid for the order. Taken aback I asked what I was supposed to do since I already paid. I was then informed that she was not giving me my order and I could call the number in the app and request a refund. That refund took 2 weeks. Good thing that wasn't the only $20 I had to feed my family that night. Experience #2, the same manager weeks later. She had a bad attitude and explained to every customer that walked up to the register how bad her night was and how she had had enough and how her job sucked. On one of the three sandwiches I ordered I asked for extra mayo as well as mustard. The monitor only said add mayo. So I asked her if she got the extra mayo and that I also wanted mustard. She assured me that she did in her pissy tone. Rather than push it I decided simply to check it. When I received my order more than 15 minutes later, she was having the grill crew prioritize drive through orders making dine in customers wait. I checked and as suspected there was no mustard and mayo only on one side of the bread. So I took it back to the counter where I was met with a exasperated snort. I explained that I had asked for mustard and extra mayo. And that there was only mayo on one side and no mustard. So she grabbed the sandwich roughly and tossed it back on the sandwich board snapping at the grill crew to add mayo to the other side and mustard. When I got it back there was mayo squeezing out between the bread and extra mustard on both sides. So I got home and scraped it off and dressed it properly telling myself I will never return to that location again. I didn't bother calling and complaining. All that does is get your food replaced but it never resolves the problem. It doesn't change the attitude is the manager, it doesn't cause the crew to be properly trained, it's a waste of time and energy. I sat down...I'm aware chicken takes longer...got my food within 10 minutes. When I got my food, another employee asked me if I was the one waiting on the Southern Bacon....and I said yes the chicken sandwich...she said chicken?? I said yes ...I went and sat down and realized my receipt said burger....not sure how he confused the two (and read back to me chicken sandwich). Then my order arrives...I unwrap to find the burger....so I ordered it clearly, had it repeated back to me (by the manager), then another employee asked me about what I ordered, I answered, she repeated it to make sure she heard it, and then brought me the burger anyways. I took it back to the front desk where the manager stood around the corner talking, not approaching the front to help me out. The same employee walked over and I told her I ordered the chicken. 5-6 minutes later they bring me my sandwich. I've finished my fries at this point...I open it up to a sandwich that contained a brown, tough, over cooked chicken breast, cabbage slaw, pickles and sauce....NO BACON. At this point I just decided to eat to stop the hunger and forget about complaining. Whenever I went to the restroom before I left...there were no paper towels, toilet paper, or any soap. So ...I'd avoid this store if I were anyone...
Read moreUnbelievably rude manager! My family dined in today. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The manager rang up the order using an employees register. When my husband received his sandwich there was lettuce and tomatoes but no mayo or any condiment. He took the sandwich up to the manager and asked for honey mustard to be added and the manager said it was a .50 charge for honey mustard. My husband asked for mayo then. Again he was told there would be a .50 cent charge. Seriously, they are trying to charge for condiments for a sandwich that was served dry? Horrible customer service! The manager then said we must have ordered it dry. No, we did not! He then asked who took out order? OMG! You Mr Manager took our order! We were the only people in the whole restaurant.
