I had made a Black Friday order, and the site didn't take my order, then my items went off sale. I then again, Waited till Cyber Monday and placed my order online and Everytime I tried to pay it kept putting me back to the front, and by the time it went thru it was after midnight the coupon then expired. I placed the order went in on Tuesday waited for er in line to be told to go to the back of the store for online orders, they couldn't find my order, the girls that helped me honestly did not have any concern as I would have to report this to another level like corporate. I bought balloons for a birthday party on Sunday. I came in on Saturday evening around 5 pm. A employee told the employee blowing up the balloons to use high helium. The balloons were on the ground before 6 am. When I called at 10 am when store opened I was told they would only last 4 to 12 hours. Which I was never informed of at purchase. They said no refund. Did offer to replace. Which did not work since for a party at 10:30 in Cantonment. Also stated I wish you would have called earlier. The parking lot outside Michaels is a parking hazard!!! Whoever is in charge of the parking lot should check the concrete barriers around the trees because they extend so far out that when you turn your front tire into the parking lane, it and the rear wheel jumps the concrete curb that extend about 3 feet too far out into the area where your front wheel has to turn. I backed out of the flower bed and was unsure of damage to my tire. You have to swing very wide to the left to turn far out around the concrete in order to not injure your tires or vehicle. About 3 feet need to be cut off the concrete flower beds.
