We came in today to inquire about openings or to potentially look at a model. The person working in the front lacked professionalism as they had an attitude that gave us the impression we were a bother and felt incredibly unwelcome. As we are aware that all complexes and rentals have their own rules, the person spoke to us as if we should have already known the policy of all adults required to have their ID to view a vacant home. Many complexes donât require it, some do, which is understandable but the immediate response from the person working was âIâm not breaking the rules for youâ. Which we simply stated we had come from buckeye and were wondering if there was anyway an exception could be made. There are several ways of respectfully responding, and that wasnât it. The person even pointed to the wall and very rudely stated âitâs written on the wallâ as if we would have already known that when it was our first visit there. They also inquired about what our price range rather bluntly and gave us the impression that for whatever reason, they believed we couldnât afford to live there. Just all around poor attitude. We donât appreciate being treated like we are lesser because of appearances or quick judgements based on virtually nothing but bias.
Edit: The issue isnât about the policy. Itâs understandable. There is no argument there. Like I had mentioned, some complexes only require 1 adult to have an ID so it was a mistake on our end to make the assumption. The real issue at hand was the way we were treated. At a place of business, everyone who walks through your doors is a potential client regardless of looks or any bias one could have towards them. Before anything about IDs could be mentioned, your employee was incredibly rude the minute we walked through the door. I had not even stepped foot in the office and I could hear they way the were speaking to my significant other. âSorry to hear your experienceâ and not addressing any other issues I mentioned isnât a...
Read moreMy wife and I lived here for about a year and had the worst experience. Our lease was messed up 3 times and took over a month to get corrected even though we moved in already. The office staff never answer their phones nor respond to emails in a timely manner. When you try to go by the office during business hours, there is always a sign up that says they are out. Being friends with previous employees such as maintenance, Ebony and April are constantly out shopping and leave the maintenance employees to hand keys over to new residents. We told Ebony when we were moving out and she said to leave the keys on the counter with the door unlocked, as we did. April then called us 3 days later asking if we had moved out. There is no communication within the office. We left the place in top notch but if something had happened in those 3 days we would have taken the blame when it was their problem because they never communicated with each other and left it unlocked. We were also told our security deposit got sent out on DEC 23 and then later received another email from April stating it got sent on January 18th. This is the most unorganized company Iâve ever lived under. I do not recommend living here if you would like to be taken care of as a resident because they just consider you as another...
Read moreGreat location and new construction is nice. A few bad apples who donât clean up after their dog and turn off fire pit at night (a safety issue for all residents when itâs windy) but overall some really great friendly people here. Office Manager keeps some unusual hours so donât expect much late afternoons - office is usually closed mid-afternoon on weekends, so make an appointment if you work during the week. Also, watch the details on your rental contract as mine was riddled with errors and needed several revisions that never fully got right. Perhaps contracts are better now but itâs a lot of units to manage for one Manager and one Maintenance Manager. Expect things to start showing their age as units fill up.
UPDATED REVIEW (March 22, 2022) -- For prospective residents, make sure to book your viewing with the Property Manager because she keeps unrealistic hours. I've seen some of you arrive during posted hours, only to find a locked door. Don't believe the Google hours as they are far from accurate. If you want a rental community with some great neighbors, this is a good one. If you want a property with great maintenance guys, Sean and Daniel will take...
