Iāve been becoming a regular here and place orders frequently. I had extra time before work today, 20 minutes, figured Iād treat myself to a coffee. I placed a ASAP pick up order. I get there and can tell itās busy by the drive thru so I went inside. I stood at the counter with 0 acknowledgment and once I said Iām here for my order after 5-10 minute of waiting, I waited another 10-15 minutes for my drink. Iām now late to work!! Whatās the point of ordering ahead of time if it doesnāt benefit anything? I also understand being busy, I always leave a 25% tip. I donāt expect superior service but maybe a bit more friendly. Iām sad but I wonāt be back. Took 20+ minutes for a drink that shouldāve been ready few minutes before I got there.
UPDATE: Reading thru reviews it seems the friendliness might be an issue. Iām a restaurant manager. Itās more of āhi we will be right with you!ā Vs never looking your way and coming up in a negative manner after minutes of awkwardly standing there. I figured maybe Iām expecting too much but seems to be common issue.
Another note, I noticed when I pulled in the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The lobby was full of ppl standing. I placed an online order that is supposed to be ready for pick up. Ready at 3:14pm. I showed up at 3:17. I left with an empty lobby and the drive thru was cleared. It was 3:39 when I got the drink. They took care of everyone before making my drink that was an ASAP order to be ready when I got there. Why offer that option if itās not achievable? Everytime Iāve done it, my stuff is never ready. I order a coffee maybe twice a week max. Normally my day off but decided to treat myself for the hard week and extra time before work today. I donāt live in the area anymore and once in a blue moon, I will stop by this location on the way to taking my kiddo to school maybe once every six months and today I thought oh the line should go quick. I was in line for 15 to 20 minutes. It looked like there were one or two people working And the wind was not moving at all. I got there at 601. I didnāt get out of there until 6:20 AM. Itās unacceptable. I donāt expect speedy fast service within a minute, but at the same time people have busy mornings and thereās no reason why these lines should be taking this long if you guys are not properly staffed that is that you guys problem and itās unfair to your customers. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'd like to speak to the owner. Every time I go to this location, I say it's the last time, but for convenience sake I go on occasion, & regret returning every time. The place is a mess! Unacceptable. I was the ONLY person in line, inside, that placed an order. One drink! & They forgot my order. I was on my lunch break so was getting very irritated. I waited, & waited 10-15 minutes, being polite, the staff was goofing off, some were working the window, then a couple of them started doing garbage goofing off....I finally went up & said sometime, " oh I'm sorry"... Then the drink was a mess... Literally coffee dripped all over me every time I took a drink, down my arm, on my shirt, kept dripping in my truck. Ridiculous. Most of the time they make a mistake with my drink. The area where the workers work is a mess. The floor is always a mess, wet floor.... Always...a lawsuit waiting to happen.
