Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this store. My mom recommended it because she shopped there before. We just moved here and needed a dining table & chairs by Christmas since we had nothing. Kaden helped us (I think that’s his name). He and this other woman were helpful when we were looking, but NEVER told us the dining chairs are non-refundable. I definitely would not have purchased if they were non-refundable because sometimes things happen and you just need to return. When a lady called me to pick them up, I said I’d like to return the chairs, but we will pick up the dining table. We haven’t even picked them up yet. She was very rude and unpleasant on the phone. My mom went to the store to speak with them because I was at work and the same lady was also very rude to her in person. She told my mom we should pay attention and they all get busy.

Such terrible attitude and so rude. We spent over $4,000. So you’d think they’d be at least nice and accommodating, especially around Christmas time.

I’m a huge supporter of small businesses but unfortunately won’t support this...

I would not do business with this store. We purchased a couch that was said to be coming in in 3 weeks. The one on the floor we were given a choice to take one coming in...but then 2 weeks later we got a call from Ivana that the price is now $300+ more. She was so rude and tried to tell us the price we paid was for the one on the floor(but nothing about that on the tag). We were expecting the one one coming and had placed a $1400 deposit. We even have a voicemail from Kathy that she spoke to Robyn and we would get the one coming in about 3 weeks. Ivana says that Kathy did not talk to Robyn and Robyn never said that. However we have the recording and transcript that she did talk to Robyn. Sooo who is lying Ivana or Robyn??? The other people working in the store know they were wrong but couldn't do anything. I have had the pleasure of shopping in this store several times, going back to the day that they opened. I was so impressed with the service that I have recommended Robyn's nest to several friends and family. They too were quite impressed with the selection and service. It is apparent that Robyn, the Owner, has done a thorough job of training her staff. Additionally, I have come to realize that she is truly an expert in the area of design.
