Read moreI took my ring in for a repair Dec 11th with a pickup date of 2 weeks. I received a call approximately 2 and a half weeks later telling me that My ring was back and I could come pick it up. Within 10 minutes I received another call informing me that my ring was not ready for pickup because it had been sent to the wrong place and they were sending it back out to the correct place. I waited and waited for weeks and heard nothing. I finally called the mall Kays and felt as though I was getting the run around. I then called the Corporate Kays and spoke with a gentleman who was very nice to me. I was put on hold while he called to speak with the Store Manager Liz. When he got back on the phone he was very apologetic. He explained that quite simply they screwed up and he was so sorry. He said that I would be receiving a call back from the Local Store Manager Liz and that she would give me more of a concrete date on my ring. Needless to say I never received that call. Finally today I went to pick up my ring after waiting for over 2 and a half months. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. There were no apologies whatsoever. They were more interested in me having a mask. I will NEVER buy anything else from them and I canceled my Kays...
