This use to be my favorite place to go get Bourbon chicken. My first time back since this COVID deal and am embarrassed at how I was treated at this location. The female that prepares your food thought it was okay to be texting/surfing the web on her cell phone while leaning over the prepared food. The first time I over looked it, then she had done it a second time. When I told her that it was unsanitary to lean over the food the way that she was, play on her phone with nothing covering her hair and that guests will be ordering and eating the food with no knowledge could become sick..etc. she denied it!! I asked for money back, offered to still pay for the one egg roll and crabmeat Rangoon that I ate. The women/owner or whoever did not offer an apology but accused me of eating everything, and I was not getting a refund for my Granddaughters food that she purchased from Peoria Hot Wings and could not understand what I was unhappy about. Instead of fixing the issue, she was to busy trying to point out what I could have done wrong. I will not be going...
Read moreWorst Chinese food I’ve ever had honestly. I’m a vegetarian so I don’t speak for the meats. However the lo mein has a terrible flavor and is way too oily, the fried rice has no flavor at all, the crab Rangoon tastes old and is way too sweet, the sweet and sour sauce is tastes like it’s just high fructose corn syrup and red coloring. And the vegetables are not even salted or anything at all and are not even steamed all the way through. They have chicken egg rolls and veggie egg rolls listed on the menu but didn’t even have veggie egg rolls available which hopefully was just bad timing. Very nice lady, I’m assuming she’s the owner, so I’m sorry to leave this review but I’d hope that this is means for them to step their game up because it’s not even edible. And I spent $9 on some crab Rangoon and a side of fried rice that I could only force myself to eat half of, and my stomach was bubbling all day afterwards. I’d really like to see some better quality food here. Not quite sure how they’re still able to...
Read moreI always used to eat there when I was a kid. Since the old owner left the business to her daughter, things have gotten worse. They started to charge more for the food. I remembered not long ago a Super Combo was $7.50 now as of 5/8/19 the Super Combo costs $9.10.
They now charge you for a refill. They used to give free refills, but since the new owner came, now you need to pay close to a dollar for one refill, which by the way, TOO MUCH ICE.
The food gets you sick. Even if you watch what you eat, you will still get Diarrhea.
The lady charges you without being at the cashier a Whole Dollar of Tax
Now as of 9/29/19 super combo price increased to $9.90
As of 10/17/20 Super Combo...
