Update: Our bed was delivered today and the gentlemen who delivered did a fantastic job. I am changing my stars because everyone I worked with after the initial cancelation were great and changed what started as a bad experience to a positive one. Update: I called customer service and explained that i have already had to wait 3 weeks and should not be pushed 1 more weeks due to their delivery issues. A supervisor was able to get me rescheduled for later this week. I appreciate her hearing me concerns and doing everything she could to help. So far my experience is starting horrible I have waited several weeks for my scheduled delivery and just got a call during the time it is supposed to be delivered saying they need to cancel and reschedule me. The soonest is two weeks from now. Spending thousands of dollars, you would think they would reschedule me for the next day not make me wait 2 more weeks. I have fibromyalgia and am suffering and now I have to put my bed...

Wouldn't buy a bed anywhere else. Rachel was amazing. Decided to get an adjustable bed, so we went where we bought our last bed, except we opted for a California king instead of a queen this time. This way, I can raise how I want (or stay flat), hubby can stay flat or raise his head and feet. What I really love anymore, is they do setup. They don't ship to your home for you to put it all together, which we did with our first "Select Comfort" bed many years ago. The guys also took our queen bed to the basement, where guests can enjoy a good night's rest. Sheets are fabulous and stay put, pillows are amazing, we love our blanket too. I'd give 10...

Bought a lift chair as I just had major posterior neck surgery. Was shown a few chairs and ended up purchasing one at over $3,000.00. The one in tried out was comfortable. My guess is the display chair had been set in hundreds of time. Called to see about returning it. The chair is hard, my feet do not touch the floor, even when lifted all the way. The knee lift is not at my knees, the head lift is at my suture line. They WILL NOT return unless we pay 25% of the cost. If we exchange we would be out $800.00. Last time for my money to be spe t at Sherman's and we furnished an entire kitchen and 3 bedroom. We've o ly had the chair a week. Poor...
