The Staff were all very nice & helpful. The price of $144/night seemed high for the quality. The entire place clearly needs updating. Lots of deferred maintenance & repairs needed. I am leaving review of good & bad info. Upon leaving I spoke with a family on the elevator. We agreed that the swimming pool made it worth it, but we won’t be back. I pay attention to details. Elevator door made me nervous, wondering if it would open as it moved slow & had a long grease mark & smelled of grease, but it always opened. Elevator walls & floor need a good scrub. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was decent, as expected with most places offering free breakfast & DIY waffle maker, but it was cramped/crammed into one short counter & a small seating area with signs you cannot take food to your room (& I found out you cannot take it to the pool area either). My friend said the 1st floor common area bathroom door would not lock 😳. He also said his pillow had a mildew smell, that the size of our room’s bathroom bothered him (small) & that the whole hotel was unkept. I have a sensitive nose & I think the entire place has a stale smell. Not fresh nor clean smell. There was a Fridge & microwave in room. No sitting chair in my room, so I put the luggage rack in the big empty space in the corner where I would expect the chair to be (photo). Bed sheets were clean. Had to use my hand sanitizer spray & napkin from restaurant to clean the crevices of rolling desk chair of crumbs & other crap lodged in the crevices. Had 3 Dove brand shampoo & 1 conditioner + 2 soap, but no lotion nor face tissue 🤷‍♀️. Our room’s cheap plastic toilet seat was clean but kept shifting & had wear making it look like it had been melted or dented in one area. Various places on door & wall inside the room had staining from use &/or lack of cleaning + lack of attention. Hotel as a whole needs a deep clean & more care. Got a late checkout & upon exiting the hallway floor was wet, in the process of being mopped, but it did not have a fresh snell. Made me wonder if they even use any disinfectant? Feels & looks like an old motel, however my room entrance was an inside hallway, but some are exterior. Wyndham should audit this hotel.

This hotel is trash! We stayed with our youth baseball team during a large tournament weekend. The tournament was excellent but our stay was miserable. I would expect every family from our team would agree on how nasty and unsafe this place is. The hotel is tricky to get to but that wasn't a problem really. I first heard about it during our first game on Friday evening. We didn't get to town early enough to check in but some did. One of the dad's went to two rooms and there were problems with both (non-working AC and/or cigarette or weed smell). They said the 3rd floor was recently renovated but floors 1 and 2 were bad (motel style). One of mom's was on floor 2 and was looking for a place to go Friday night but couldn't find anything. She felt unsafe there. We had another family on floor 2 that couldn't get their door to latch. We were on the swanky 3rd floor along with most of the other families from the team. It looked like a college dorm without an RA living there. Just a gross hall of busted doors with broken number plates or duct taped laminate. We also could not get our door to latch. We never used the key card as you just had to push our door open. We kept taking our valuables (laptop/Switch) with us back and fourth. We asked if they could fix it but it never got better. The beds were okay. The sheets weren't all bright white but what are you going to do? There were a couple UPC labels stuck to the wall. No idea what those were there for. The toilet had a freaking bushel of dark curly hairs in it when we first got there. Groooosssss! The staff were all nice and normal but holy smokes there are a ton of weird people there. People obviously under the influence of drugs. And I don't mean they smoked some weed. These people were jacked up on something different. Weird stuff. We were all so happy to check out Sunday morning. Everyone was at the park for the games early. Couldn't check out of there fast enough!

The gentleman at the desk was cordial and helpful at check in, appreciated his customer service-- definitely the best part of this motel. The bed was clean and it was clear that the room had a fresh coat of paint but the renovations were done sloppily. There were a couple small cracks in the walls, the bathroom tub was rusted, soaps were from a couple different brands (no big deal, just odd), I could hear my neighbor's squeaky bed/bed frame and even though the room was smoke free, the hallway was not. The front desk printer was out of ink (so I couldn't sign a document they wanted me to sign) and the breakfast area didn't have water available (2 juice options and a coffee machine-- they were out of milk). Seems like this hotel is on its last leg and they're using metaphorical duct tape to keep it all together.

Customer service at this location is a joke check out is at 11 AM and my daughter had an endoscopy at the hospital at 7:15 AM so we go to the desk at 6:30 AM to go ahead and check out and the lady working in the front desk is busy filling the breakfast bar And instead of just asking us to please wait, I’ll be right with you. She tells us just leave the keys on the desk and I’ll get you checked out and so while I’m at the hospital and I’m waiting on my daughter to wake up. I called the hotel two hours later to verify that we were in fact checked out well the lady that I spoke to on the phone verified we were not checked out and I asked her to please check us out because we already turned our keys in. We’re at the hospital because my kid is having an endoscopy and we will not be there at 11 o’clock to check out and she asked is there anybody in the room that can check us out and I said no we are both at the hospital and we will not be back. That’s why we checked out at 6:30 AM and the lady said she was going to check us out but apparently didn’t and I don’t want my car charged for another night and Then she asked me oh, so you wanna renew for another night and I said no I don’t wanna be renewed for another night I want to be checked out, so my card does not get charged more And we went through three or four times before she finally said she would get us checked out well then today I get notified from Credit card that they charged an additional $100 with no explanation As to why I was charged an $100 Leading me to believe I might have been charged for another night and I tried to call the hotel and they did not answer so I will be disputing this with my credit card company, but I will not be staying here again And if you’re looking for decent Wi-Fi to entertain yourself, don’t bother half the time it doesn’t work right and their bath tubs Leak and the toilet loves to run all the time and the beds are not very...
