This place doesnt even deserve 1 star, but Google made me select a star amount. If you are getting engaged do not purchase your ring from this place. They have extremely poor communication and customer service. I went In to get my ring resized and after waiting 15 days for it to be done, even after sizing me twice in the store, instead of sizing it down they made it a size bigger. It is an hour drive from me, so it was extremely disappointing to walk away with nothing that day. The manager told me they’d have the ring done 5 days later. 3 days later I called to ask if it’d be done on time and they said “yes and if it isn’t we will call you. I reminded them that they had promised it’d be done by Tuesday. To which they said they’d let me know. Come Tuesday I initiated the call just to be sure, and they tell me they dont have the ring. This was extremely disappointing because they had previously told me they would be the ones informing me if my ring wasn’t ready but instead I was calling to check. I told them I expected the ring by Thursday at the latest and they told me that they couldnt promise that because of the weather. If they had completed the ring by the time they said the weather wouldnt have been an issue. When I asked for the jewelers name they refused to give it to me, or inform me of where my rings were at. My engagement ring is a family heirloom and for me to not know or be informed of who is handling that was incredibly scary. They do all of their repairs out of house, which is something to look out for when you go to a jeweler. I’m only engaged for 6 months so wearing my engagement ring is something special and a time where already so many people have asked to see the ring and asked where it was from. Read moreThey sold us fragile rings. His is scratched horribly and my prongs keep coming loose. I've taken it in for repairs 4 times in 2 years but they never hold up. I was supposed to get my ring back on Dec 31 and still no word. Last time I spoke with a rep he suggested I need to pay to have the band replaced even though a replacement is covered per our contract and repairs aren't resolving the issue. I'm careful with my ring and don't even wear it in the house but it just can't withstand any daily activities so it has no business being made. I am beyond devastated that we paid this much for these rings and I have nothing to show for it. It's been almost a month since I've been able to wear my wedding ring. I wouldn't mind if they just had a repair person on site so I dont have to go extended periods of time without my ring and wonder when I'll get it back, but every time it needs fixed it gets sent to who knows where. The only reason I gave more than 2 stars is because the manager at the store near us is kind and honestly tries his best to resolve the issue. But I'm really frustrated with literally never being able to wear my wedding ring, especially given the price. Read moreI have had my engagement ring for 1 year now. Within 1 year I’ve had 3 problems. First problem/incident was a diamond fell out of the ring band while sitting in my ring box. I opened my box in the morning to put on and it was just sitting in the box next to my ring. I took it to Peoria location with the diamond and ended up getting a brand new ring instead of fixing that one. My second problem/incident with the NEW ring which is platinum, I got it caught on a door sil and it bent the ring and the band broke in half… I went back to the Peoria Location and we have the life time care plan so they took it and gave me a promise date of repair within 14 days… They took 19days.. we went and got my ring and not even within 1 week of wearing it a diamond fell out and it is still bent!So now we have to take it back again to get it fixed… at this point I’m frustrated and upset that all these things keep happening. Loosing 2 diamonds on 2 DIFFERENT rings, both being over $4000 to me is unacceptable. We are well past the return date but I can hope and pray that they will be understanding on the reason why we won’t be doing business with them in the future. The people there are extremely friendly and nice and helpful but the quality of what we have purchased there has been a 1/10. Highly do not recommend...
