Iâve spent a great deal of my life telling myself that I was going to start working out and changing my body for the best. Through lifeâs challenges I never quite got around to it but I always maintained an active lifestyle. Through a unique connection via my job and 2022 aspirations, I was connected to Tyler at WTM Athletics & Fitness. I have never really lifted weights or strength trained any part of my body. I had to climb outside my comfort zone and trust that this was the push I needed. I knew I couldnât do it alone. Tyler is so sociable and makes it really easy to come in each day and stay motivated. He is very flexible with his schedule and heâs really there to work towards your personal goals.    Read moreI began my Peak12 journey around 4 months ago. I struggled with planning my own workouts along with the time commitment, all of which this gym offers. My lack of fitness experience and hesitance to join a commercial gym made Peak12 the perfect choice for me. For a gym, it has a relaxing atmosphere where you can be yourself. Kristin and Tyler are always friendly. I have been working with Jason who is very knowledgable and attentive. They really work with you to accomplish your specific goals and give you all the resources to achieve them. That being said, I've already seen impressive results. Despite managing an injury and a busy schedule, Jason has remained very flexible and considerate of both. I firmly believe that true progress depends on being around people who genuinely listen to your individual needs and maintain a positive attitude.    Read moreI have been dealing with menopause, gaining weight quickly, swelling in my legs and all over my body, tiredness and even with difficulty breathing with simple tasks. I realized I needed somebody that can help me as I was not motivated either. Suddenly Jason Nava came to my mind as I know him from church (super nice, respectful and humble young guy). I contacted him asking for help and he responded quickly. The same week I had my evaluation with him (muscle mass, body fat, etc. - with a computerized equipment) and the following week we started working out. He also helped me with my "bad eating habits". Today, after 2 weeks a 3 days: I lost 10 pounds, swelling is gone! I have a lot more of energy and no difficulty bretahing. And the best? He gives you what you can tolerate and he modifies your exercises, if needed (if you have any issues that prevent you to do the exercise in the way it is supposed to be done). What I can say? Thank you Jason, I couldn't have done it without you. I recomend Jason with my eyes closed! And an extra benefit for me: even that his first language is English, we are doing my workouts in my language: Spanish! I will continue working with Jason, doing my best and I hope I can update this review when I reach my goals! Super super happy!
