Came in to sell a ton of women's clothing, well over 100 items all of the items being very lightly used in almost new condition with a fair amount of those items being brand new still with the original tags on them. I was told when dropping them off that it would take about 2 hours to go through everything and to leave and come back. It was 2:30 ish pm when I dropped off the clothing and 4:30-4:40 pm by the time I decided to drive back and check on what was going on as they hadn't called me and they were only open until 5 pm. Upon returning the younger female employees that initial had helped me and had been kind were now going through and organizing other customers boxes of clothing that had not been there upon first dropping my items off and I was informed before I left I would be the next customer they were going to sort for. When I arrived back around 4:30 to check not only had they began working on about 4 other customers one of which who had walked into the store right after me at 4:30 pm. At this point I was no longer dealing with the younger employees who were friendly and helpful but instead the older blonde woman who I hadn't seen earlier or interacted with until returning. I didn't catch her name but I'd assume she was an owner and or manager. To begin as soon as I walked in she did greet me by saying hello and welcome in but upon approaching her to ask a question she instantly took a tone with me, wouldn't look directly at me, was very condescending in the way she talked and with her vague answers and smart responses. At this point I finally asked if they had gotten to my items yet as it's now 15 or so minutes past the 2 hour wait to which she instantly intensified her attitude as if I had said something wrong. I proceed to patiently wait in my car for an additional 30 minutes only to go inside and ask to use their restroom which I was told to walk across the street to the dunkin donuts or McDonald's to use the restroom. Upon returning for the final time I see her and one of the younger employees finally sorting the items. The younger employee was visibly separating the items they could buy and couldn't as the older lady just ripped my box, started grabbing piles of the clothing I had just washed and folded neatly for them. Without unfolding or even separating the hand fulls she was picking out she shoved everything back into the now completely ripped open box, told the employee to do the same pushed the box to me and refused to actually even look at them or do business with me. Shocking as all the items I brought were the exact style, brand and in similar or better condition than the clothes I had just looked through in their inventory. Not to mention the exact same types of clothing and brand they have listed on their website. These items were either all lightly used almost brand new, clean and presented nicely and let's not forget the huge amount of those clothes still with the original price tags. It seems the issue wasn't the clothing but instead the older woman who was very rude from the moment she first saw me seemingly not liking me for one reason or another. I wasn't given an explanation or anything as to why I had to wait so long for her to not even take the time to look at what I had. She took no longer than 5 mins out of the few hours I waited and made zero effort . Wouldn't be upset had she actually taken the time, didn't waste my time and didn't buy anything due to condition or a...

Cant give no stars. Went in to sell some items for the first time around 4pm and was told they couldn't inspect my items because they had to many things to go through that evening. I did see a lot if items on the floor behind the counter and understood and that it wasn't a problem. But as I'm looking around to see what types if items they were interested in taking, a young lady walked in with some items. The same man that had just told me they were closed for drop offs, started chatting it up with this young lady. Told her the same thing but then started to inspect her pile of items. Mind you I'm still standing right there. He obviously knew this girl. I grabbed my items off the counter and exited the store. As I'm walking out he must have noticed I wasn't amused by the bs he had given me but not his friend. He said again louder to the girl as I'm walking out I'm sorry but we're closed for taking items. I walked to my car but decided to wait and see if the girl came out empty handed or not. A few min later She did exit the store with nothing in hand. So FYI, this place will treat you however they want especially if you aren't one of their besties. Management or upper management needs to be aware that this gentleman is playing favorites and speaks to regular people with a sense of entitlement. Closing earlier because he says so????? Um no, website and voicemail both say 6pm. Honor this! I can understand if you're overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that came in but quite frankly there were 4 people standing behind that counter and not one person was going through anything. They were chatting it up. So maybe get to going through the drop offs and a little less Regina George time. Kind of a weird place! No restroom available, one of the girls told me to go to Dunkin or McDonald’s when I asked earlier. I’ve read in other review responses that it’s due to shoplifting but like 👀 who’s stealing these? They say they’re a store for younger people but most of the people shopping were older ladies (no shade of course but they did say it was a young adult theme) and the clothes were also not what I was expecting at all. I haven’t seen any young adults wearing blouses like these. I’ve been here twice now to browse and I decided today to try sell some purses I wanted to offload which of course they kinda lowballed me for. She offered like $80 in store credit or $55 cash and I was going to initially take the credit because it was more but I realized when I was looking around waiting for them I saw absolutely nothing I was interested in and just took cash instead. The shoe selection is okay, the handbag selection wasn’t great, the clothes are definitely cooler when they’re size L and under. I had pretty high hopes for this place! Unfortunately it kinda gives that vibe of having some out of touch older people running it and just want to make money off of young thrifters. I probably won’t be back! Edit to reply to the comment from owner; that stuff being on “clearance” is cool but why did you have these at all if you’re a young adult themed store? This stuff isn’t even vintage or cottage core this is quite literally someone’s grandmothers wardrobe. I will probably not return because there is basically nothing to return for, hence why I took the cash for the purses instead 😂 maybe if you did better at following your theme that you advertise I would consider coming back.
