I usually don’t leave reviews but felt that others should know how bad this location is. Worst Dutch Bros Location!!! We drove 30 miles to this location since the 2 that are closer to us were already closed. There was 2 Girls taking orders. We were in the 1st lane about 10 cars back. We had been sitting there waiting for 20 min and the line had not moved. We then watched several cars from the 2nd lane that had just arrived getting there order taken and moved ahead while we were still sitting there waiting for our order to be taken. While the 1st was still talking to the car several cars ahead the other girl ( supposedly a manager) walked past us and went to take the order of the car in the 2nd lane. We pulled up as it was supposed to be our turn and the supposed manager walked past us and spoke with the other girl. As she walked back past us she stared us down and kept walking. The 1st girl was about to walk past us also and we stopped her to let her know that the other girl had skipped over us. She was nice and took our order then told us that she was going to go and ask her manager if she could give us a discount for our troubles. We then heard the supposed manager tell her that she had told her to skip us and not take our order. We asked to speak with the manager and she told us that she would come and talk to us. She never did. When we got to the window 10 min later the security guard informed us that they were refusing to serve us and would not give us a reason why. We asked to speak with the manager and he claimed that there was no manager working and that one would be there tomorrow. We will never be back to this location and will let everyone we know how we were treated. Very poor...
Read moreI went tonight at about 5:30 and let me say I've always had good service but I had someone go in front of me even when I told the employee that I was in line before them but my associate wouldn't move forward; allowing that car to go ahead. Apparently the car said something to their associate because his associate asked mine if the zip process was in place & mine said oh yes, that car will go in front of me. I always tip well because the employees are in the heat, they appear to love their job, their happy & they provide outstanding service but this time I only tip 15%. The associate went and talk non stop to the person in the car after he took my order, he didn't help his co-workers with the existing line until the car reach the window; they shook hands and then the associate went back to work. Once the car got to the window the person proceeded to carry on another long conversation; ingnoring the line. After the window employee and the person in the car concluded their conversation, they shook hands & he drove off. The window employee apologize for the wait; I said I wasn't happy, he rolled his eyes & handed me two melted drinks. I have no idea the relationship between the car & Dutch Bros employees but they could have cared less about me & my order. That car had a whole lot of control over them. Will this experience make me stop going to Dutch Bros and this location; no but I had to post my frustration and I hope their management will make some type of changes. Read moreLast week a coworker turned me on to Dutch Bros lemonade. I had an Aftershock which was amazing. So today my wife and I decide to take our first venture to Dutch Bros to get some lemonades. The lines weren't terribly long. As we were advancing, we saw the staff taking orders. I reached for my wallet and realized I forgot it at home. My wife went for her iPhone, and she left it at home, so no Apple Pay. I downloaded a Dutch Bros U app on Google Play, but it wasn't what I thought it was. I then tried to get Google Pay running for the first time on my phone but was having a hard time when the order taker got to us. It was so embarrassing lol. She advised she had our drinks covered. When we got to the counter, the staff was so friendly and personable. They cheered us that it was our first time there. It really turned a frustrating time into a lot less stressful one.
