One of the MOST disappointing visits to Dutch Bros Coffee I have EVER made. Stopped by to grab a quick pick me up after already having had a long day. Pulled in even though both drive thru lines were 5-8 cars deep (walk up window was also busy). I mean I get it, itās a Friday. Had my order taken while waiting in line in an effort to get my drinks started inside and make the line move quicker. When I was one car away from the window, I see the customer in the car in front of me hand over what seemed to be a 20-25 pound dog to the employee at the register. She then proceeded to placing the dog ON the serving counter and playing with him and petting him and digging her face and upper body into the dog, etc. she hands the dog back to the owner and employees from inside also come out to get some action from the dog. The owner passed the dog back to them and they even took the dog inside. Not only was this disgusting and pretty sure a health violation, but it was a slap in the face to have to CONTINUE to wait in line (after the owner had already gotten their drinks) while your employees play and handle dogs around beverage/food prep stations and surrounding areas. At this point Iām livid and waved down the guy taking orders outside and told him he needed to go in there and tell them to hurry up since me honking my horn didnāt phase them. I expressed my anger and disgust with the guy at the window and all he could say was āyeah man, Iām sorryā. So if you enjoy pet dander in your food/drinks from possibly un-vaccinated animals, PLEASE visit this location. Theyāre lucky I cant upload videos here because I have videos of the entire thing which lasted a...
Ā Ā Ā Read more01/11/2017 Since April 2016 I have been going through the drive thru. I Changed going to Starbucks for Dutch Bros. I wait in line for about 20 minutes each day for my coffee. Everyone there knows me by name. Today I went on my normal routine, with one big difference that will keep from going to Dutch Bros ever again. I ordered my drink with a long haired blonde kid who was being nice when I ordered. As I drove up to wait for my order he noticed my stickers I have on the back of my car. He comes up to me and tells me the sticker I have on the back is out dated. Then I jokingly said you mean my Dallas Cowboys sticker. I'm used to the haters. He then responded no that other (explicit, another word for poop) you have on the window. Meaning a Hillary sticker I have on my back window. He then spit on the floor, and asked so tell me why you voted for Hillary. Then he told me that people like me are the reason the minimum wage went up, and everything cost more now. I looked at him and asked him to just go get my drinks. So when he comes back with the drinks, he has one in his left hand and stated this is one I made special for you, while laughing. As soon as I got to my work, I poured all the drinks out. All the employees from my job will no longer be going to Dutch Bros, and to think we purchased Dutch Bros gift cards to give away to all our employees at last years Christmas party. I have never had a problem with this Dutch Bros before, this was just disgusting. Even when people don't agree with each other, they should always respect...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been a lover of Dutch Brothers for many years! This location is absolutely amazing. Everybody is very nice and positive! My issue is with the new location, night time barista. Monday 10/16/17 morning around 0230, I arrived and started pleasant conversation with the gentleman. I informed him that I love Dutch Bros and was sad that they are no longer open 24 hours at the walk-up. He replied with "this schedule is easier for him." I proceeded to order my drink as I always do asking for an extra shot and no ice. He told me the drink would be $2 more expensive with no ice because it's like ordering a double drink. I told him that was fine and handed him my free drink card which I get punches for the same drink every time. He responded when taking my card with "Wow cheating the system now aren't we?". This statement was very uncalled for and not professional at all for some place that I love supporting. The bad news continues. I arrived home and tried my drink because they always make it right I don't think to try it when receiving it at the window. It was made with half and half when asked for 2% milk. I now have a drink that I will not drink and regardless of being free this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dutch Brothers. I hope management can figure out how to make experiences more positive in the customer service industry they chose to pursue. I will not be visiting another...
