Usually not one to leave bad reviews but; went in here the first time because I had three tires loosing air. Told me all three were valve stems, fair enough. When I got my truck back all my custom air caps were gone and a tire was still leaking. I checked the odd tire out to to see if they accidentally replaced that one, they did not. Only replaced two valve stems, charged me for three and still all my custom caps.

Not something to loose my cool over so gave them a second chance a few months ago, had to get an oil change so went through their quick lanes. Everything seemed fine, went to change my oil today. They tightened the oil pan nut with an impact so tight it pushed in my oil pan (thankfully still holds a seal ...for now) and used lock tight on the nut and my filter. Oil filter was so tight the front was smashed in.

Can't forsee going back to see what...

We were in town for a camping vacation, pulled into town with an odd noise related to the drive shaft on my truck. Shawn helped us out and tried to get it fixed, but the part wouldn't come in until the following week. He thought we'd be ok to make it back home. He gave me things to watch/listen for while driving back and I think he felt bad that they couldn't get it fixed for us, but it was out of their control. They diagnosed the issue, gave us a loaner vehicle free for a night and communicated everything clearly with us. Then... didn't charge us for anything! I couldn't believe it. We will vacation again in Ludington and if we have any issues, we'll be back. If not, I'll need to buy them lunch or something to make up for this service trip. Thanks again, you guys were great...

UPDATE: STILL A HUGE FAN!! Had a screw in my tire a few days before a road trip, so of course I'm freaking out, and they fixed it quickly and at a price I couldn't believe (in a good way!).

(2023) Friendly, efficient, honest, competent, and competitive prices. We got tires here about a year ago, and it was a brand I hadn’t heard of but they explained why they suggest them and some online research confirmed their opinion. A year later, these are some of the best tires I’ve owned. Yesterday, I went in because there was a screw in my tire.
