They sold us a 10 yr old computer back in November 2019. They said everything works great. They ran computer diagnostic and the computer in new order. Nothing wrong. Well after 3 visit trying to fix this computer.. by trying to get our money back and them argued with us saying there is NOTHING wrong with it all.. they are not true computer repair .. go to DMC they tell you the truth...the only RUN COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC FROM THE COMPANY.. they just tape...

I forgot my computer charger while packing for our vacation to Ludington. Of course online retailers were going to take several days but STS computers had what I needed for a very minimal cost. I think it is not common for them to have extra laptop computer batteries but I was in luck. The receptionist was very helpful. It was an overall...

Excellent service! I took my laptop in after it suddenly started having issues. Susan found the problem and had it fixed in about 30 minutes! This is the second time I've taken a laptop to STS for service with great results. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend...
