If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Horrible service, horrible food. To start off it was my husbands birthday and he wanted dominos so of course we got takeout and went to a park. I wasn’t hungry so I barely touched my pizza because it tasted microwaved to begin with. The next day I wanted leftovers for lunch and as I was heating it up and started eating it I noticed something baked into my crust on my pizza so of course I examined it and compared it to the mushrooms on my pizza because I thought at first maybe it was a mushroom, but then I noticed they were 2 very different colorations. A freaking worm of some sort on my pizza! Looked like a mealworm or a maggot! I fed my 1 year old some of my pizza! A 1 year old! I immediately gagged and called dominos and they took 2 whole days to get back to me and the girl I talked to sounded and looked 14 claiming to be an assistant manager yet couldn’t help me but supposedly the “real” manager wasn’t working so she couldn’t refund me… what kind of a business doesn’t have a manager working?! My mother in law runs a business over at Big Apple Bagels and she is there almost 24/7! I was extremely upset and demanded a refund and yes we finally got it but employees were nothing but unhelpful and rude and they all acted immature not to mention the fact there was a worm on my food which is beyond disgusting! They gave us store credit too and when my husband finally decided to use it after a few weeks for himself it tasted microwaved and trash all over again. NEVER going there again. Just HORRIBLE. Dominos used to be so good and always tasted fresh, now it’s just trash. If I was a manager there I’d be embarrassed for myself. Do...
Read moreBefore Ludington had a Domino's location I often enjoyed Domino's while in the neighboring cities. It was always consistently acceptable pizza at a good price with their coupons. Obviously the company was selling food at a loss or razor thin margin for years to regain its customer base, and for a while it was my first choice for pizza takeout. I was elated when the local location opened. For at least a year it was consistently good and worth the money, but after a while the skimp started. I'd have to order extra cheese to get what most would consider an acceptable amount of cheese. Other toppings needed to be ordered extra to make it appear like an actual good pizza. I tried to use the app and play their stupid coupon game. If you order straight off the menu then prices are straight ridiculous. It got more and more difficult to find the items I wanted at a decent price all while the quality of food diminished further every time I ordered. I'm not giving this corporation any more money. Mancinos is better. Everyone should go there instead.
Also: The staff stands outside the back door for smoke breaks, which is in direct view of the drive through pickup window. Yeah, people smoke cigarettes, I don't care, but it's not nice to smell cigarette smoke as a customer...
Read moreOrdered one of the specialty pizzas online for them to give me a pizza with original sauce and no Alfredo sauce when I ordered a spinach feta as they make it for the specialty pizza nothing special about the sauce as it should've been the Alfredo sauce and when I called and said that I clicked on that one and didn't make anything special about it She yelled at me repeatedly telling me she couldn't fix it because I placed it online and that's what I ordered. The only way they would've used red sauce as if I would've requested that and I didn't make anything special about the pizza. It should've came as they make it regularly. Very poor...
