👍 We always find some great deals at Harbor Freight!! I've even ordered a couple things online and was happy. You have to remember that the saying, "you get what you pay for" stands true. But if you do your research on the product performance itself, for big purchases and such, you'll find yourself satisfied more often than not. This location is great and the only reason I gave it 4 ⭐ instead of 5 is because I would prefer to see a better stocked inventory selection. Meaning not sold out of a multitude of items. I realize that it's better to sell out, than have a surplus of inventory items, however prediction of sales based off previous years and other locations sales numbers, is something I'm sure isn't foreign to those who are in charge. Store has always been very clean, staff has always been very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. You'll have to be the early bird at this location to get the really good...

I have been a admirer of Harbor Freight for some time now. However, I must say, the return policy for online purchases has pushed me to look elsewhere. If something is returned to a store that was purchased online, your money will not be refunded in anyway other than an instore gift card. If the quality is not suitable for your needs and the store carries no other product, well then stock up on batteries I guess. It is a horrible policy and loosing customer for Harbor Freight. Also the product I bought was only available online, as the stores stock little as far as lathes go. I was advised to return it to my local store, a 60 mile trip, only to be given a gift card to purchase something totally non related to what I needed! Home...

After a long trying day, had a last minute request from boss man to pick up 8 of this and 8 of that ... SIGH.

Kyle made the transaction fun and seamless, pointing out that each box had TWO of the items and thereby saving me over $600. Kyle was accomodating and courteous, made me laugh a few times, and BLESS HIM, loaded all that heavy stuff in my car, leaving "just enough room for your dog"!
