This store is poorly stocked. It is the closest automotive store to my house but I am usually disappointed when I stop there because they rarely have what I need.

I am so thankful that my mother. Connie Saunders, who has no issues letting anyone know that she is 84, found a sincerely friendly and trustworthy business in AutoZone on U.S. 10 in Ludington Michigan, that she can go shop at for all of her little incidentals for her car and get a respectful and honest sale, or, such as her last visit recently someone named Kyle, who went above and beyond when she came in to have batteries replaced in two of her key fobs. When he opened one of them something inside was broken, and on his own time he repaired it for her, so a battery could be put in it. Being miles away from her in Florida, it brought tears to my eyes that Kyle would do this for someone he didn't even know. Thank you so very much Kyle for your kindness. My boyfriend just went into the Ludington store after looking online for a part. Their website showed they had several of the part he needed. He went into the store and asked for it. The female manager had an attitude immediately and told him they didn't have the part. He told her that the website showed that they have several. At that point she got even more rude with him and said 'I don't care what the website shows, I don't have any!' At that point he was pretty upset with her and told her that she may want to have somebody update the website. He was then asked to leave since he was now giving her back some of her initial attitude. We will not be going back to this store...
