Nice clerks until they have to problem solve. The scanners will rip you of fast. Asked about Yes - was given the wrong answer. Scanned a Yes - didn't work. Mentioned 3 times the apple sauce was not ringing up correctly... before she even acknowledged I pointed it out it. Then spent time going thru the shopper saying - don't see that sale, so i took a pic of the sign, then said oh maybe it has expired, then said oh maybe the Yes is not working like she instructed. Three helpers trying to figure it out. Best part was when the Manager came over and told me I was causing him a "bad day." Love the fact that he had no problem just acting like that toward me. Better me a nice lady and not say anything about the rip off! Sure sure... Get your scanners right and train your people better. Just sick of the unsuspecting rip off coupled with indignation from a Man slothy manager. Won't go back. Too bad too seemed like it would be a nice store but, i don't want to have to audit them to make them honest. (Three lies a check out my limit). Canceled order and lost the 45 minutes of my life. Very clean store with a small town feel. They still ask for paper or plastic and someone brings your bags to your car. The deli meat, cheese, and salads were very good. My only concern is the young guy working in the deli. He could really use a coaching session. When I was waiting my turn the woman he was waiting on told him he was being rude. Instead of apologizing he argued with her. He was smug and sarcastic. The other deli workers didn't really know what to say. I'm not sure if one of them is in a higher rank of authority but it would have been nice if one of them would have stepped in and told the guy they would take over. That young guy definitely didn't make his grandma...

We were camping in Ludington and were happy to find this grocery store. There were some chain grocery stores in the area, but we would much rather go to a local store. The store is large, clean, and very well stocked. Beer selection was outstanding. All the folks working there were very friendly and helpful. They gave me a senior discount without asking my age ): . Just kidding, I had to show my ID for all the beer that I purchased. I was glad that this store was available to us during our vacation. If I lived in the area I would go here...
