Do not use their .com i was scammed and then treated like i was the problem. I ordered 2 boxes of Bowman Baseball cards only to recieve two packs in a flat envelope that were removed from the value boxes because they don't sell them separately. I then had to send the item back to them to only wait over a week for my refund and once they did refund me they didn't give me the shipping back after clearly scamming me. They have theft in the Whitehouse and refused admit it. Didn't offer me anything for my troubles and treated me like I was bothering them after they kept my money. My first time in a BAM and I was in literary heaven! They have a great mix of books, stationary items and lots of literary themed merch! Spent way more time and money in this store than I had originally planned but left happy, satisfied with all my purchases, and with a mental list of items to return for! And after all, that's what the retailer hopes for, so job well done guys! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the store was clean, and merchandise was displayed nice and was well stocked. Only thing I didn't love was that the service area at the mall entrance side was shut down and we had to ask an employee where to pay at and backtrack back to the other side of the store to check out... Anyone who has fond memories of Barnes & Noble or other wide-interest book stores may be very disappointed with this one. This is toy heavy and popular culture heavy but very light on other areas of interest. The arts section in the arts and literature area was full of children's diary kits. The garden section was a tiny area in the home and hobby section. The magazines had tons of gun magazines in the hobby section, but little else.
