We had a great experience with Makarleigh. Our anxious girl is always somewhat of a handful given her size but her nails look so much better than before! Makarleigh offered a very personal experience for us and put me at ease given my discomfort/lack of trust from past grooming sessions over the years. This is the first time I have visited Makarleigh and she did absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help make myself and Sadie comfortable as much as possible. Sadie is a 5yro large German Shepard. While she is a sweet soul we often find she is super anxious and defiant in stressful situations. Markarleigh made sure to take her time and comfort Sadie during the entire process and was extremely patient with us. While scheduling was difficult due to weather and my own personal work schedule Makarleigh continued to provide friendly interactions which helped me become more comfortable with her and allowed me peace of mind during the appointment. She truly cares for her clients in every way possible and we will definitely be returning in the future! I highly recommend her for anyone who may not like the idea of grooming or concerned about their dogs well being etc. She did absolutely amazing and outstanding customer service skills!

Stopped in again and was ANOTHER STELLAR experience. DeShawn and Logan A were very helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. She and him were both great sales associates. DeShawn was especially helpful when it came to getting the best deals and was who managed to sell us our first crested gecko. Because of him and Logan A., we'll definitely be repeat customers for as long as they are there working with people like themselves. These two deserve a raise for sure! As for the store, it's organized, clean and has most anything you'd need. They do price match to reputable companies. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they keep getting in a great selection of reptiles, in particular crested geckos. We've managed to snag a really neat partial pinstripe morph from their store and he's been very healthy. My only suggestion to them(this might just be circumstantial if someone already bought them before we came in) is to carry spring tails and isopods for bioactive enclosures. We purchased a bird here and got him home and we realized he was sick (just an upper respiratory infection). We have other birds so we just figured it was easier to take him back today and get our money back for him. The girl at the register was wonderful (she sold us the first bird we bought there as we have bought a total of 3 from them). She had to call the manager, Mark, up to do the return as it was over the amount she was allowed to authorize. He was SO rude to her. He seemed upset as we didn't have the receipt (the purchase was on our account). And he was slamming on the keyboard and his body language just seemed hostile. He kind of threw his hands up when she was trying to explain to him how to pull it up and walked away saying "I don't know what you do. You do it differently than me. Just do it."
