Verizon — Local services in Perkins Township

I stopped at the Verizon store on W. Perkins Ave. in Sandusky to pick up a SIM card so I could activate an old phone for my 95 year old mother.. Rob, the customer service representative was able to activate the phone with the existing SIM card and after he reviewed my account he advised me that I could save me $70 dollars a month by changing my plan. That is $10 per line and the only thing I wouldn’t have available was the hotspot, but I could call Verizon if needed and add that option to an individual line. Not one of my family currently use the hotspot so this plan option was perfect! I also discussed the multi line protection plan which all of my phones were paid for and covered but only three slots were available for an insurance claim. So if a broken phone was not already in one of those three slots prior to the issue it was not covered. This just didn’t make sense. Rob changed that plan as well and I pay a few cents less to have full coverage on all phones! What a plus!! I’m so happy and thankful I stopped by this Verizon store today! My husband went in for an upgrade. He had an iPhone 7 Plus. Noah helped us and was literally amazing. Not only did my husband get a brand new phone, i walked out with a brand new phone as well. We also got a pretty good deal on screen protectors, phone cases, and the block for the iPhone pro XR, since the iPhones itself doesn’t come with the block only the charging cord (Noah also informed us of this because we have no idea). He made the process super easy, completely mirrored both of our phones so no apps needed to be downloaded. Dave the store manager, was welcoming and took excellent care of me as I upgraded my phone and my service plan! He was knowledgeable and helpful and made sure that I had all the needed accessories so that I would not be left hanging when I got home. He patiently reviewed all the phone's new features with me and answered all my questions without ever being condescending. As he was finishing up with me, another customer came in with an urgent and unique issue on his daughter's new and first phone.
