Balconi Kitchen and Bath — Local services in Sandusky

I was blown away by the incredible work they did on my countertops. I was building a custom home down in Columbus and had countless problems with the prearranged fabricators through my builder. I had seen a lot of Balconi’s work on facebook and was impressed. I reached out to them on a whim since they were quite the distance away but surprisingly they were willing to take on the job. From the start of working with them, communication was clear and they continually went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted. Once the templates were made they sent me images for approval so I knew exactly how it was going to look and had time to make changes if desired. They were even willing to cut the slab for my master bath at a diagonal in order to get the majority of the veining. When it came to my basement, I was hopeful to have my bar island be one solid piece. Although it was going to be very difficult they were committed to giving it a try and scheduled extra men to be present at delivery to make it happen. This was something no other fabricator was willing to even try and yet Balconi made it happen! They were nothing but professional and kind. I would recommend Balconi to anyone and everyone that is looking to put new countertops...

We recently updated our new house. First, Bret, Jeremy, and Colin helped us to select the perfect flooring that we used to cover almost all of our house. The selection options were amazing and with Bret’s keen eye for style, he helped us to pick the perfect flooring and it looks beautiful!!! The quality of the flooring surely beats what we could have gotten from one of the big box stores. We couldn’t be happier with everything that went into this process. Next, Bret walked me through all of the options for kitchen countertops and gave me all of the pros and cons of every type of countertop, he had available, that would be suit our needs. We are so amazed with the quality of work to cut and install exactly what we wanted for our kitchen. If quality is a concern for you, then the men at Balconi Monuments are at the top...

Communication was very poor. We had to reach out to the company multiple times for an estimate after providing them with the measurements. They did tell us upfront that they didn’t currently have a backsplash installer so we were prepared for that. When they installed our countertops, they told us at THAT time that our backsplash was on back order, not before. When our backsplash came in, they did text my husband that it was in, but we had to drive over and pick it up. It was 1.5 hours round trip and they refused to deliver their product. When we left messages for our sales person Collin, we would not hear back for a couple days. The counter tops are nice, but I would not recommend doing...
