Bought what was suppose to be a carnitas burrito, however there was very little carnitas. I was halfway through the burrito before I got to the carnitas mostly beans and rice. I spoke to the cashier and told her I didn't order a beans and rice burrito where is the carnitas she laughed and turned away. I asked to speak with a manager and when the manager spoke with the cashier the cashier admitted she only put carnitas in the middle of the burrito. The manager said to me she told her to put meat throughout the burrito and that was the end of discussion. How rude not even an apology, would you like us to remake the burrito over or would you like your money back. Called corporate and filed a complaint and someone was suppose to call me back but they never did. Korina melendrez is the absolutely the WORST employee i have ever met. She was so rude its unbelievable. I bought 2 champurados and after i bought them a girl told me id have to wait 10 min. That was fine. After 10 min i asked and korina said 10 more min. I told her what was up since i was already told that. She said its not up to her. So another girl told me to go check by the kitchen because they have champurado too. I went and they didnt have any either. I finally talked to korina and I told her i was waiting 30 min. She started giving me an attitude and said no its barely been 20 min. It was like i was talking to a 2 yr old. She was talking over me and so i asked for my money back and she said fine. On 9/21/2023, I purchased a birthday cake from the Cardenas bakery at 2:30PM, the birthday cake was for my Father who just retired and turned 64 years old. At approximately 5PM, when my family gathered around to wish my Father happy birthday, we cut the cake and to our surprise, the cake was spoiled. It ruined everything, however, the story doesn't end there.

I took the cake back to the Cardenas bakery and was met with horrible customer service by the Supervisor Wendy, she was rude, showed absolutely no empathy and snapped at me while I was talking to her. Wendy, please be advised that I know how to respect my elders and that does not give you the right to be rude to me and disrespectful.
