This might sound overdramatic and massively inconvenient but if you're reading this just go to the Little Caesars on 14940 Perris Blvd in Moreno Valley. I promise you you'll be home quicker than coming here even if you live across the street. Don't fall for the drive through. You can go to Walmart, buy a comparable (slightly better in my opinion) quality Rising Crust Digorno, go home, throw that bad boy in the oven, relax for a bit, and eat your digorno by the time your order at this Little Caesars would be ready. Trust me, I doubt myself every time and I keep having to learn this lesson over and over again. I always think it's going to be a different story when I come here the next time. This review is just as much for me as it is to warn all of you. I know I'll forget how long I've been waiting here for my 2 meager greasy pizzas. I know I'll be back, and when I inevitably sit in my car waiting another 45 minutes after the app said my pizza was ready I'll think about this review and wonder why I didn't just drive out to the Little Caesars in Lake Elsinore with 3.9 stars at the time of this review. I mean good god when you show up half the time I swear my order is in the pizza portal along with like 3 others but they can never find it. What happens to all those pizzas at the end of the night? God only knows. I promise you that these pizzas may be hot, but they will not be ready when you get here.
Oh and of course the obligatory "If I could give this place zero stars I would"
Update: My car died because I was waiting so long. Silver lining here is that there were about a dozen other cars idling in the parking lot that were able to provide a jump to a fellow hungry person. That does not count the extra 6 vehicles in the drive thru lane by the way.
As a caring member of the community of Perris, CA. I implore you to spend your...
Read moreI went here and they literally tried to steal from my mom. What happened was that we were going to the drive-thru. And after we had made our order we went to the window. The guy tells he's sorry he forgot our order. No biggie we remind him what it is. Then he charges us. And we pay with cash. And right after that, he does not give the recipe and slams the window. Then he comes back 20 minutes later. And says "Sorry I forgot your order" and we again remind him. And then he asks us to pay again. And me and my mom just stare at each other. Thinking what just happened. We tell him we paid already. And he's like "Do you know which guy charged you?" And it was literally him who charged us. Like how can your workers not know when they took money from someone? And to top it off they can't find our order. Then we go inside and get into a big argument with the workers accusing me and my mom of never paying. Even though there are cameras there that show that we paid. In the end, we luckily were able to get the pizza. But only after so much arguing and everything. Honestly, this is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Never shop here. They are thieves and liars. And as a warning, the guy who tried to steal from us primarily works in the drive-thru window. You'll know it's him because he never remembers the orders and he seems to be in his 20s. The minute you know it's him leave. Cause he will literally try to play dumb and do...
Read morePlaced an online order for ASAP pickup. One hour later, no email confirmation saying my order would be ready, like it said I would get. I hesitantly make my way over and lo and behold, my pizza is not ready nor placed in the pizza portal like it should have been. There's also no one at the front to speak to and there's a dozen other customers who are probably just as frustrated as I am that no one working here is capable of making a single pizza.
I was not going to wait over an hour for a mediocre pizza, so I just left. I had already paid online, so guess who got robbed of their money. There's not a single person to speak to in store and I called them on the phone and was on hold for over half an hour. I did my due diligence to try to get this resolved, but I'm just gonna have to call my bank to dispute the charge, which if I recall, results in a $20 penalty for the merchant. I didn't want to resort to this, but I can't say I feel bad about it in the slightest. This must be the only reason they're in business. They take your money from online orders, hope you get fed up and leave, and pray that you don't try to get a refund.
There's literally a Domino's in the same lot as this place. An infinitely better place in every aspect. Better value, faster, tastier, better service, better everything. No reason to choose this disgrace of a location. Oh yeah, 2 and a half hours later and my pizza still isn't...
