KFC — Restaurant in Perris

Horrible employees especially the cashier/team member Kaitlyn!! No customer service whatsoever. They always lock the doors inside and close early. By almost 8pm they never have chicken breast because they’re closing and don’t want to make anymore. The hours online say 11pm close..? This last time I came 6/27/2022 we waited in drive thru at 7:58pm. The cashier on the speaker KAITLYN very rudely said we only have leg and thighs after asking for a chicken breast meal. Okaaayy. So we ordered a 3 piece tender meal. Once we get to the window we realize we didn’t ask for mashed potatoes instead of the fries it comes with. As we get to the window she tells us the total amd My boyfriend very kindly asks her if she can switch the fries out for mashed potatoes. She straight up says “No. We already packed it”. My boyfriend just looked at her for a second and asked again she tells him the same thing. I am shocked that she says no so I look at her and I say what do you mean? You can’t just switch it?? She looks at me and says “huh?” So I repeat my self and she still says NO. I was too stunned to say anything else at her complete rudeness, laziness and lack of customer service. She didn’t even hand us the food yet so there was no good reason it couldn’t be switched.

My boyfriend will be having a procedure done in a few days and is supposed to be eating only soft foods that’s why we wanted extra mashed potatoes since it’s the only thing he would be eating. We didn’t want to argue so we just paid and left.

The fries were sooo SALTY and SOGGY. That’s the main reason we don’t like the fries so it was really messed up that the cashier/member Kaitlyn was so rude. She needs to be fired if she will be having a nasty attitude. She’s the face of the company dealing with customers. Not to mention this is a new location and they’re already failing miserably with all of these bad reviews. This shows it’s not just a couple of times. It’s consistent issues with employees at this restaurant.

I had a simple two orders one had tenders waffles, fries, and a biscuit. The other was just a drink. I put them both at no later than 8:05pm , app tells me order will be done in 5 to 10 min which I thought was perfect since I was in a hurry. I ended up showing up at 8:30 pm giving them an extra 15 min. I get there ask for my order,ever worker acts as if I'm specific a foreign language, the ask for some time so they can figure it out. I said sure and asked to use the restroom , cause this was getting annoying so had to step away for a minute. Again I took my time in restroom in hopes that my order would be good to go. I ask for my order and I hear someone chime in"I just dropped them in". I couldn't believe it, 8:40 and my order was just getting started not at all in sync with the app which assured me my order will be done 8:15. I finally received my order 8:45 but they forgot my second order the drink and again looked confused and began assuming I never ordered it. Almost assuming I was trying steal it. Already feeling frustrated and getting seriously mad I reassure the worker I had order it. She, btw I believe was the one in charge, she ends up finding it some where in the bottom drawers hands it to me which immediately looks like it's been sitting there for about an hour . I take it so I could get out of such a horrid KFC. When I get home I notice they forgot to put my biscuit in. Place I would never recommend I actually want my money back from that experience. Ooh yeah all this is happening while the workers laugh and joke and have a good time not at all concerned about my order or any ones order at that....

Really disappointed with this place. For starters it’s a new place. So I expected it on point. When you pull up, it’s different from other KFCs, as in the price also the servings and no box combinations as the other ones. When I was getting my order the lady seemed as she didn’t know what o was talking about at first when I told her exactly what I wanted. Plus I wasn’t even told my price until the window. I order a 2 piece meal it came with the two piece chicken one mashed potatoe and a mes drink. Then I added a Mac and cheese. When she repeated the order she said a coleslaw, that had nothing to do with what I said. The drink I wanted wasn’t even available. When I went to get my meal she had the wrong drink even after she pronounce the whole meal itself back when I was ordering. So she had to exchange it. The drink I got tasted pure water downed. And it tasted like sink water. I didn’t enjoy it at all and I felt if I would have asked for an exchange she would have given me an attitude as her presentation working there was already bad. I asked for sweet mustard and only give me 2. So I had to ask for more and she give me 2 again. The portions of the mashed potatoes were super small. Also the Mac and cheese. I paid overall $11. Also some of the chicken pieces were raw...It was not worth it. As other KFCS give you 2 pieces one biscuit a side a drink plus a cookie for less. The drink I couldn’t even finish it. I had to throw it away. I should have listened to my mother when she came by 2 days ago but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt .I expected better service, better quality...
